Spacious, old world charm, quiet, great room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, good Internet access, an oasis from the busy streets, close to old town. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, staff servicing the rooms were also friendly, restaurant staff were excellent, but the breakfast staff were very formal and not so welcoming. I felt very uncomfortable during my first breakfast in the breakfast room, even though the food was excellent. |

Well, it's much easier to ask what I didn't like. Everything was simply perfect, starting from the incredible breakfast. Stylish rooms, the gym with the view of the imperial residence, the sauna.......well, if one day i'll go back to Vienna for sure this is going to be the place I want to stay. |

The room was lovely, well appointed with all conveniences of a modern luxury hotel . The staff wad helpful and friendly. The highlight was the restaurant with lovely setting, excellent food. Guido, maitre d is a jewel & made our evening perfect. We cannot raise him or the hotel enough . It is a superb hotel. |

I had emailed the staff to let them know that we wre celebrating our 25th anniversary. They went out of their way to make this 2-night stay very memorable for us. The proximity to the city center, beautiful park behind the hotel and Balzano's fabulous bike trails through the city parks made this a stay we will long cherish. I would not have changed a single aspect of our stay. I want to thank all of the staff that made this so special an occasion for us. |

A very beautiful traditional Hotel with wonderful garden including outdoor swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Easy access to hotel and car parking opposite hotel. Also very close to rail station. Hotel very quiet and rooms, hallways and staircase very spacious. Excellent marbled bathroom. Large garden area very peaceful and relaxing and good views of surrounding mountains. |

I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. All of the requests for my single room were met and, as an added surprise, it had a view of the mountains. The bathrooms are gorgeous, and everything functioned properly. The hotel is over 100 years old, so has the feel of an old mansion. |

Breakfast buffet, garden, smoking bar, location One day I missed breakfast and it was difficult to get room service. No room service menu. Front desk took a long time to answer phone. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and helpful |
