Completely renovated, this modern hotel is near to the departure point for boat trips on Como Lake and also a pleasant stroll from the town centre. Due to its easy access to the motorway, small private parking and its proximity to a public car park, this is a good base from which to discover the historic buildings of beautiful Como or have a wander around the shops. Staff was very friendly and gave excellent service. The room was imple, but clean and has a wooden floor, which I prefer. Bathroom facilities were good Breakfast could have been better (breakfast area was rather small and food selection was limited)

Location one block from the Lake is great. Staff was very helpful and served an excellent breakfast. Directions from train station were confusing. It may be 300 meters as the crow flies, but walking was much farther.

The kindness and assistance by the staff (we don't speak Italian but there was not any kind of a language barrier!). The suggestion for a late night dinner spot was an excellent choice within walking distance of the hotel. The location was great; close walking distance to the city center. Parking could have been a problem but they found us a spot directly out front! There is not a view of the lake but we were close enough to walk outside and have it right there!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by happy staff (Louis). The staff were constantly helpful throughout our stay. The room was compact but perfect for what we required. It is located 5 min stroll from the centre of Como and also the same distance from the train station. I think that the stay overall was fantastic and there are only small negatives which are no iron and no coffee making facilities in the room.

Mature couple. We were visiting our daugher in Geneva and decided to visit Como and Lake Como for the weekend. We had some difficulty locating the hotel - the Tom Tom couldn't be charged from the car.Parking at the hotel was a little limited, however adequate for our purposes.. Breakfast Room was clean and bright and the continental breakfast was quite adequate.Staff were attentive and helpful.We changed our room from the front of the hotel to the side because of the traffic levels along the road at the front.Easy access to the lake from the hotel. We would be happy to stay there again.

The location was very good, close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything. Excellent Italian breakfast. The staff spoke English and were able to head us at all times. The bathroom was excellent, great shower. Unfortunately, our triple room, was very small. The third bed was a smaller bed than the other two.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great, with sufficient variety, unlike other Italian hotels I visited. The walls between the rooms are a bit thinner than I wanted.

We stayed for one night only with our 16 year old daughter. The Hotel was in a convenient location and not too far to restaurants and the main town. The lake is a short walk away and about 10 to 15 mins to the ferrys. Our triple room was smallish but clean. Breakfast was a simple but reasonable self service cold buffet. The reception staff were very helpful and told us the best place to park during our day on the lake at 3 euros. There is free parking near the hotel during the night.

Location is great - 10mins to walk from the city center and 3 mins from a supermarket. Room was nice and big enough for the 3 of us, good price for the room. Breakfast also good We have not been informed that there was no parking available. We had to search a parking around the hotel and this was very expensive as they don't sell day-tickets. The Hotel offers parking for 10Euro/day but you need to inform them before you arrive. Staff was also not really helpful with the parking-problem.

Hotel Staff were friendly and helpfull The location is not that central its about 1 km away from the centre but if you have a car or if you want to use San Giavanni train Station than the location is very good. If you are with a pushchair the hotel have 6 stairs in the reception.

Convenient location, on site parking, clean rooms, air conditioning. Good accommodation for four people in one room. Continental breakfast was very austere. Bad coffee-tasted like instant coffee. At the price, wi fi should be free.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room and food was very good. Overall we thought it was an excellent hotel and good value for money.

Not much to ne honest. Quite disappointed. The only thing that was good was the cleanliness of the room and I must say the location in the center was good too. The staff were not very helpful an didn't even want to give us a 30 second Internet connection for a quick search. The breakfast also was poor with very little choice. Generally didn't have a good feeling at this hotel. Expensive for what you get.
