Park Hotel Meublé

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotelli tuntui viehättävän persoonalliselta. Huone oli tarpeeksi suuri ja kylpyhuone siisti, vaikka kalustus ei olekaan niin moderni skandinaaviseen makuun kuin esite kertoo. Aamiaistarjoilu oli hyvä ja monipuolinen (vaikka vihannekset puuttuivatkin) ja palvelu toimi. Nettiyhteys hotellin aulan koneella toimi hyvin ja oli edullinen.

Good location, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, and even though the hotel is on a busy road, there was very little street noise in the room. Breakfast was good.

We had all over a very pleassant stay, Nice and helpful staff, perfect parking outside the door included!!! Good value for money. Supermarket across the street with everything.

Short beds for a tall scandinavian, and the pillows needs an upgrade! Internet connection should be included. The system with buying a 2 h connection feels outdated!

We were at Lake Como.

I thought some of the staff were unfriendly and extremely unaccommodating. There were 2 people, a server at breakfast and a young man at the desk late in the day, that were very nice. The one man apologized to us when he could not give more than a few ice cubes when I asked for ice to put on my back for pain. They do not have any place to get ice nor will they give you more than a few cubes.

The hotel is clean and convenient. The air conditioning works very well. The price was reasonable in a very expensive area.

The breakfast was average, the room was tiny. The 'triple' room rate which was supposed to include a third adult bed actually included a short and uncomfortable cot. Ice is treated like a precious commodity. Buy an ice maker and be done with it. I couldn't even chill a non-alcoholic beer.

Good location, only 5 pleasant minutes walk to the centre of Como and the ferry leaving point.

The hotel is on a busy street. If you have a room at the front the traffic is noisy, but if you close the windows the double glazing works effectively.

We spent one night at the hotel and toured Como. The location is wonderful for all the sights in Como as well as for catching the boat and ferry. The air conditioning worked really well and we needed it because it was quite hot. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was fine, not elaborate but had all the necessary items. For a quick stay, this was perfect, a basic, clean room.

The bed coverings could have been updated.

The staff were really friendly and it was in a good location for the lake and city centre. Good facilities and good value for money. Nice breakfast selection also. We came back here as a stop over after coming back from Florence. Would happily recomennd.
