We had all over a very pleassant stay, Nice and helpful staff, perfect parking outside the door included!!! Good value for money. Supermarket across the street with everything. Short beds for a tall scandinavian, and the pillows needs an upgrade! Internet connection should be included. The system with buying a 2 h connection feels outdated! |

The friendliness of the staff who were helpful & pleasant. Altho B& B only , the breakfast was good. Parking could be a problem altho we managed Ok but in Summer probably a nightmare |

Hotel approx 10 minutes walk to Lake side and Piazza Cavour. Good as a base for exploring Como and surrounding area. Staff pleasant. Room was comfortable, very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast adequate. |

We were at Lake Como. I thought some of the staff were unfriendly and extremely unaccommodating. There were 2 people, a server at breakfast and a young man at the desk late in the day, that were very nice. The one man apologized to us when he could not give more than a few ice cubes when I asked for ice to put on my back for pain. They do not have any place to get ice nor will they give you more than a few cubes. |

The hotel was clean and efficient. Services were reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast was fresh and wholesome. All round very good value for the price. I had no negative experiences. |

The hotel is clean and convenient. The air conditioning works very well. The price was reasonable in a very expensive area. The breakfast was average, the room was tiny. The 'triple' room rate which was supposed to include a third adult bed actually included a short and uncomfortable cot. Ice is treated like a precious commodity. Buy an ice maker and be done with it. I couldn't even chill a non-alcoholic beer. |

Friendly, helpful, well informed staff. 1970s dull, depressing decor. Needs tobe refurbished to warrant 115 euros per night. |

Good location, only 5 pleasant minutes walk to the centre of Como and the ferry leaving point. The hotel is on a busy street. If you have a room at the front the traffic is noisy, but if you close the windows the double glazing works effectively. |

Location of hotel easy walking distance from all facilities (shops, restaurants, cruise boats, etc) and is a good base to explore Como and surrounds. Car parking is very limited at hotel and difficult to obtain elsewhere. If you are lucky enough to get a parking spot at the hotel, leave the car and walk everywhere (everything is close anyway). |

We spent one night at the hotel and toured Como. The location is wonderful for all the sights in Como as well as for catching the boat and ferry. The air conditioning worked really well and we needed it because it was quite hot. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was fine, not elaborate but had all the necessary items. For a quick stay, this was perfect, a basic, clean room. The bed coverings could have been updated. |

The staff were really friendly and it was in a good location for the lake and city centre. Good facilities and good value for money. Nice breakfast selection also. We came back here as a stop over after coming back from Florence. Would happily recomennd. |

You get what you pay for: location is excellent, six min walk to the ferry terminal and close to the square and restaurants, bars and shops, Room was clean and buffet breakfast a pleasant surprise. I would recommend if you are looking for somewhere close to Lake Como and on a budget. |

The staff were amazing, always so happy to help. Breakfast was more than sufficient with fresh tea and coffee brought to your table. The rooms were nice, there weren't 5 star but were clean, reasonably modern, simple but with everything you need including toilletries. It was also in close proximity to the lake, to a supermarket and petrol station. With the windows open, there was a bit of traffic but there's a/c in the rooms so no need for the windows to be kept open. |
