I have now stayed at the hotel three times and I have always found it to be most pleasant. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and remember you on each occasion. The food is excellent and on my last visit in November the hotel was very comfortable and warm. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Christina Malatesta

The staff is professional and the hotel is clean. The position is ideal if you travel with a car with free parking. The beds are comfortable and Internet is free in Wi Fi The rooms are tiny for a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast starts at 7am that is not suitable for business travelers. Incredible in the rooms there are no ac plugs to recharge your portable devices or to power a lap top. If you want to recharge a mobile phone or work with your computer you have to go to the toilet where there is the only plug of the room... Never see in any hotel of the world!!!

The cleanliness of our room was excellent, nice lady, the only onewe met in the hotel who was friendly The hotelstaff didn't say a word too much even at the frontdesk the lady couln't give us an answer on our question, she only give us the key of the room and said 5th floor

If you want your breakfast before 7am, you better forget this hotel. I booked a non smoker room, but all non smoker rooms were already busy when I arrived. So I had to sleep on a smoker room and didn't got my breakfast because I had an appointment and have to leave before 7am. There was not a great experience ;(

The room was very nice, very spacious with good natural light. Very little noisy, or rather very quiet ... A bit far from downtown but if you are traveling by car is very easy to get to the center and no parking problems. Breakfast could be a bit more varied especially when we were four days or more ... we have to eat the same thing. But it was very good but a little variety

A business hotel on the outskirts of Piacenza . The room was a fair size and had everything you could want including free internet. For some reason the beds have duvets on in summer which means you either have to really crank up the airconditioning to compensate which is ludicrous or take the filling out and use the sheets. Breakfast was included and was adequate but no more. Almost opposite the hotel towards town was a super trattoria for dinner friendly and great value.

The airconditioning was not working, the rooms were cold. We asked to put the temperature up, since we had our 3 months old daugther with us, but it was not possible!!There was no boiler in the room. The hotel looks completely run down.We ordered breakfast in the room, the quality was, to say the least, low. I would definitely not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Internet is free and the hotel is clean with a free parking outside The bathroom is small and poor with basic foam and accessories. It is typical of a 3 stars hotel despite the hotel shows 4 stars. Despite the hotel provides two pillows, they are both thick and hard. I spent 109 euro for one night that is totally unjustified.

Very easy to get into town by bus. Lovely and simple restaurant around the corner (il Bivio) where we had good meal at very good value). The hotel is easy to find. The rooms silent. The rooms are fairly small and the lights were dim.

Good location for travelling guests and sign clearly visible at night. Calm and peaceful environment inside the hotel. Service at breakfast very poor; hot dishes were cold and staff not interested in rectifying problems.

L'albergo è molto silenzioso e pulito. Si trova a pochi metri dalla tangenziale di Piacenza, pertanto è perfetto per chi deve muoversi tra la città e I paesi limitrofi.
