Friendly and helpful staff, easy access and parking

Convenient location and ample free parking. Helpful staff, when I had to check out earlier than planned there was no problem and no cancellation charge.

The hotel restaurant was very good and the staff were very professional. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The facilities were good and the beds were very comfortable although the roads surrounding the hotel were busy.

Although the hotel itself was excellent, there maybe wasn't the atmosphere that you would get in a smaller hotel. The business feel was very apparent, but this would be expected due to its location on the outskirts of Piacenza town.

The staff is professional and the hotel is clean. The position is ideal if you travel with a car with free parking. The beds are comfortable and Internet is free in Wi Fi

The rooms are tiny for a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast starts at 7am that is not suitable for business travelers. Incredible in the rooms there are no ac plugs to recharge your portable devices or to power a lap top. If you want to recharge a mobile phone or work with your computer you have to go to the toilet where there is the only plug of the room... Never see in any hotel of the world!!!

The location on the outskirts of Piacenza are ideal for an overnight stop enroute down the centre of Italy.

The room was very nice, very spacious with good natural light. Very little noisy, or rather very quiet ...

A bit far from downtown but if you are traveling by car is very easy to get to the center and no parking problems. Breakfast could be a bit more varied especially when we were four days or more ... we have to eat the same thing. But it was very good but a little variety

The bathroom is small and poor with basic foam and accessories. It is typical of a 3 stars hotel despite the hotel shows 4 stars. Despite the hotel provides two pillows, they are both thick and hard. I spent 109 euro for one night that is totally unjustified.

Personnel féminin à l'accueil (lors de notre départ)pas du tout professionnel : pas de bonjour , pas d'au revoir . Attitude désagréable . Pas du tout en rapport avec une profession de service . Autant de désinvolture est une faute professionnelle . Ce n'était pas le cas du personnel masculin à notre arrivée.
