Park Hotel Regina  

L'acceuil courtois' du personnel,le rapport qualité/prix, la propreté des lieux et le charme de l'établissement,il y a aussi un excellent restaurant affilié à l'hotel.

La piscine et le restaurant circolo di foreisteiri qui n'appartient pas à l'hôtel mais se trouve juste à côté !

Hôtel très bruyant car notre chambre donnait sur la route qui même si nous nous trouvions en montagne est très fréquentée même de nuit et mi- septembre donc à éviter à tout prix en été. Impossible de changer de chambre ou de partir plus tôt une fois sur place, même en proposant de prendre en charge des frais, sous prétexte que nous avons réservé par booking et non par le site de l'hôtel. Propreté de la chambre très moyenne, par exemple épingle à cheveux dans le milieu de la chambre à notre arrivée et qui y est restée au même endroit jusqu'à notre départ trois jours plus tard etc... certains membres du personnel peu agréables rapport qualité prix très insuffisant (80 euros la nuit pour le week-end trop cher par rapport au service)

J'ai passé 2 nuits début Août dans cet hôtel avec une parente et avons été satisfaites de l'accueil chaleureux du personnel, de la chambre et du confort en général de cet établissement. Copieux petit déjeuner à volonté !!! A recommander sans hésiter.

Situation géographique excellent pour un rapport qualité/prix défiant toute concurence .J'y retournerai car je le conseille a tout le monde.

The hotel is a very interesting historical pallazzo from the end of the 18th century in a place that hosted through history figures such as Byron and Michel de Montaigne, attracted by the sorroundings and the thermal springs in the area. As such the hotel is a way of travelling into the past while benefiting from modern facilities at an incredible price. The breakfast is great, including locally made traditional jams and meat dishes. The location in a moutain region and near the Garfagnana nature park enbles in the same time a tuscan vineyard visiting vacation as a more active one like hikking or trekking.

The rooms on the street (that are less pricey) are rather rumorous and could use some more precise cleaning. Having said that there is every day changing of towels and sheets.

The staff was very helpful.

we enjoed very much the hotel The loccteion is exslent ise was very good and friendly, speek english,good brakefast nice retsturants around,small shopping next to the hotel there is a small hangad -bridge small river too,lovely village

Friendly staff, lovely pool and hotel is close to town centre, supermarket etc. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Rooms near the road can be quite noisy from traffic.

Wonderful stay- really enjoyed using the pool. Not crowded at all!

Traffic noise- but would stay in hotel again!

The staff were very kind and helpful It had a good size pool for the number of rooms

we asked for two rooms adjacent to each other an e mail was sent saying they could offer a larger room said yes as assumed this meant the rooms were next door to each other, not the case
