La cortesia del personale sia di reception che di sala ristorant Accompagnando una persona con grandi difficoltà di deambulazione ho trovato un po' troppo lunghi i corridoi, le scale di ingresso principale non prevedono uno scivolo ecc. |

L'endroit est agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et le cadre général était accueillant. C'est un trop grand hôtel pour les personnes qui préfèrent les espaces plus familiaux |

Il personale è stato comunque sempre gentile è disponibile: 2) Possibilità di regolare il raffrescamento in camera, per il fattorino, che comunque si è informato prima di confermare la risposta, potevo solamente accendere o spegnere |

Gemotiveerd personeel, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.centrale ligging ten opzichte van venetie Ontbijt was matig, Het zwembad is erg leuk, het functioneert alleen apart van het hotel. wij waren er 3 dagen waarvan het zwembad 2 dagen verhuurd was voor een bruiloft en dus gesloten was. Het personeel was het ook met ons eens dat dit vermeld moet worden in gidsen en internet |

Aamiainen oli runsas ja palvelu hyvää ja huomaavaista. Hotellin uima-allasaluetta ja ravintoloita ei saanut käyttää, koska hotellissa oli kyseisenä päivänä 2 hääjuhlat. Uimaan olisi päässyt 5km päässä sijaitsevaan toiseen hotelliin. |
