Fantastisk miljö, både inom- och utomhus. Som på landet, fast ändå nära stadskärnan. Flera bussar stannar precis utanför hotellet och går till centralstationen (linje 12 och 13, plus sight-seeingbussarna). Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Sköna sängar, stort och lyxigt badrum. Härlig frukostbuffé! |

Vackert läge, skönt att inte sova inne i Florens stadskärna. Fin terass, där man kunde äta både lunch och middag. Väldigt vackert rum med stor balkong. Vänlig och tjänstvillig personal; hemkänsla. |

Very comfortable and spacious room and guest areas. Great breakfast. We had a lovely balcony (Il Giardino room). All to a high standard and highly recommended. |

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly! It was a short walk to the city but worth it as it was a very nice walk. We got the large double room which was a very nice size since we have a 16 month old that likes to walk around. The restraunt was good and there is also a restraunt right across the street. Would stay there again! Our bed was two twins pushed together. |

Ιi is located in a magnificent place, out of the city, with many trees It is necessary to be explained to the guests that some rooms are located out of the central building ( 2nd bulding) that one can see on the Internet..! |

the hotel is on the beautiful location though not far from the town center and the main points of tourist attraction.i liked the interior and comfort i was offered.the girls at the reception are very nice and deserve special "thanks". thank you - good luck |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Quiet environment. A bit too far from city center, points of interest. Bus ride from the city to the hotel is not easy and takes some time. |

Basically all was excellent - from location to tasteful interior of this stunning antique Villa! However - if you pay only some 95€ for a room that normally is listed at 230€ ... then one can understand the WHY such positive assessment. Maybe when charging such prices one would not expect to pay extra some 5€ for parking inside the garden... So - my selection was of course the rate versus standard - i.e. price/perfromance ratio. |

The hotel was good and thank goodness there was a bus stop right outside. The restaurant could of been much better. We did not use it as it did not look appealing |

Superb Location ;Very helpful staff ;Large spotlessly clean room;Bed linen changed daily ;Carparking ;Good breakfast Had one evening meal in restaurant which was very disapointing.Very limited menu and mediocre quality. |

Friendly staff, rural location on a bus route a few minutes from Florence, lovely ambience and character, peaceful, good value for money Could sometimes hear the guests in the adjoining room but this was only a minor irritation |

The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the center in a very green area on top of a hill . Our room was a triple one with very good size, the bathroom was enormous and there was a nice balcony looking at the pool. It was very clean and the wi-fi was working perfect. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included the basics but was ok. If i had to say a bad point that would be the limited parking spaces inside the hotel area eventhough there is plenty of space just outside. |

Friendly staff and generally warm and personal atmostphere, peaceful surroundings despite being really close to Florence city centre The bedroom had an interleading door to another room, which guests disturbed me on the second night ... as it was a special offer I didnt mind. However, if I had had to pay full price I would have been VERY annoyed. |

Reception staff were excellent: very helpful and friendly. Good location, just a bus ride away from the centre. Amazing, friendly local restaurant just down the hill. Hop on tour bus stops right outside. |

The hotel was set in lovely grounds, we were on the 3rd floor and had wonderful views towards Florence. The hotel is positioned close enough to Florence but is a lovely peaceful retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.We were in walking distance to the centre of Florence, taking a scenic walk cutting through the road bends through a wood. There is a regular bus that stops outside the hotel main entrance and also the hop on hop off sight seeing tour bus which was great. Both these buses take tou to the bus/train station too. A taxi cost 15 uros from the train station. We also walked up the hill for about half an hour to the wonderful viewpoint at Michaelangelo and walked around the lovely San Miniato al Monte church. |

Nice hotel with lovely garden and swimming pool, breakfast is good. and the tourist bus is just stop in front of the door. couvenient in public tranportation. still a while to walk to the old town, around 30 mins by walk to Vecchio Ponte. |

the mosquitoes.... too warm in room without window being open...we had numerous bites... hotel was very nice... but the bugs would prevent us from returning |
