Friendly and welcoming staff, great location. Walking distance from all major tourist sites. Taxi rank, post office, supermarket and pharmacy all close by.

location and friendly staff

Beds were not that comfy. That's as close as I can come to a complaint.
Andrea at the front desk is second to none! A wealth of knowledge and a first class gent.

The Hotel is within 30 minutes walking of all places to see
March 31, 2015
A nice breakfast in Rome with real fresh croissant and bread. Quite unusual in Rome!
March 30, 2015
Entrace is bit shady, confusing
Andrea is best hotel manager i have come across in the last 10years of my travel. We arrived very late, and he immediately took to him self to make sure we were at home

Friendly homely hotel, with old world charm. In the middle of the old city so easy to get to the attraction.
March 26, 2015
Quite a bit of street noise, especially if you leave your windows open. But that's a fact of life in Rome, and not the hotel's fault.
Old-fashioned (in the best sense) hotel right in the center of Rome. A few minutes' walk from the Pantheon, Quirinale, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Jacuzzi bath faulty. Air con switched off. Breakfast very poor. No coffee facilities available. No coffee on evening. No internet connection. Pillows not comfy and flat even though more were provided on request. Couldnt have breakfast on patio as 8.00 am too early on last day. Disapointing for the price
Location was good.
March 24, 2015
there isn't much choice for breakfast.
The location is perfect, you can reach principal attraction walking. The staff is very friendly. In sunny days you can have breakfast on the terrace, enjoying a beautiful view of the city.

Best location in town! Felt really safe and comfortable as a single woman with a 10 yr old. Great outside space to relax in after a full day out!
March 17, 2015
I loved the fact that we could walk everywhere from Hotel Parlamento. The staff were very helpful by giving tips to access the main attractions without having to spend hours queuing. Bedroom is clean and comfortable and breakfast, while basic, is fresh and sufficient .Metro (Spagna) is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and right beside the Spanish Steps. Hotel is located just off one of the main shopping streets, Via Del Corsa.

On Early check out (4:30am)they wouldn't provite not even a cup of coffee allthough the breakfast for the day was included and paid for
Clean hotel. Really close to all sides Helpful staff and polite

Bed a bit hard.
Perfect hotel for a visit to Rome, no frills, basic enough but spotlessly clean and very central, very near Spanish steps and Patenton. Walking distance for everywhere. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly. Bit noisy when you have the windows open. Good value for money, less than €100 a night for a double room.

Tv difficult to use for English customers. Very difficult to find. Hotel is on 4th floor of building with no outside signage just large wooden door. If not for taxi driver telling us we would have walked right by.
It was very centrally located and close to metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.
February 19, 2015
The wifi didn't work.
The staff is really kind and helpful and also the location of the hotel is the best for the price you pay. I would definitely go back to Hotel Parlamento :)

Don't expect a nice buffet breakfast. There is not much breakfast to choose from at all. Nothing to put in the rolls and the 'juice' is cordial. The sliding toilet door doesn't close properly leaving a gap and the only English tv channel wasn't working.
Very close to all attractions. Room was comfortable and good value for money.

They asked to pay one night before check-out and charged more than the price I booked. When I showed the booking confirmation with the correct rate, they changed the billing. Please make sure to double-check the billing amount.
Staff members were kind and friendly. Especially liked the lady serving breakfast.

Access to hotel rather difficult. Very busy street nearby with lots of noise.
Staff very helpful. Hotel well situated in center of Rome.
October 22, 2014
We were given a very poor room upon check-in. They changed the room to a more desent one after our complaint. Lack of business ethics; Guests must be allowed to cancel bookings if rooms does not meet our expectation. In this case we were obligated to stay or make full payment without any refund.

Rooftop breakfast. My daughter and I has a really good sleep. Staff easy to talk to for more information regarding room etc - safe ( free ) air conditioning (extra). Taxi to airport efficient but expensive. Taxi driver from Train Station dumped us from across the square and just pointed in a direction. Had difficulty finding hotel as we expected a sign outside. Hotel is one of two Hotels plus apartments. Saw others with suitcases outside and thought "yes, this must be it!). They had also found it difficult to find the hotel! Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoy a Rome for what it is; expensive. Had a really good couple of days in Rome after our trip to Umbria.
