Staff members were kind and friendly. Especially liked the lady serving breakfast.
They asked to pay one night before check-out and charged more than the price I booked. When I showed the booking confirmation with the correct rate, they changed the billing. Please make sure to double-check the billing amount.
Staff very helpful. Hotel well situated in center of Rome.
Access to hotel rather difficult. Very busy street nearby with lots of noise.
We were given a very poor room upon check-in. They changed the room to a more desent one after our complaint. Lack of business ethics; Guests must be allowed to cancel bookings if rooms does not meet our expectation. In this case we were obligated to stay or make full payment without any refund.
Rooftop breakfast. My daughter and I has a really good sleep. Staff easy to talk to for more information regarding room etc - safe ( free ) air conditioning (extra). Taxi to airport efficient but expensive. Taxi driver from Train Station dumped us from across the square and just pointed in a direction. Had difficulty finding hotel as we expected a sign outside. Hotel is one of two Hotels plus apartments. Saw others with suitcases outside and thought "yes, this must be it!). They had also found it difficult to find the hotel! Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoy a Rome for what it is; expensive. Had a really good couple of days in Rome after our trip to Umbria.
The Staff at Hotel Parliamento were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was in within walking distance to a lot of the sites. It was also within walking distance to great cafes. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
Stayed here twice, really helpful staff. Would stay here again.
Great staff! Very helpful! Location close to shopping, Trevi and Spanish steps so walkable to everything.
Our air conditioning was broken so a little less comfortable at night. If it did work, there would be an additional cost too. Their wi fi did not work with my phone...I did not have an international plan so was on airplane mode. I had no problems connecting at nearby restaurants but not as convenient.
Location was great for exploring the famous sites.
Not the best choice if you have a car, a bit of a trek from the public parking with suitcases.
Location was great- could walk to all the main sights. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.
Room was tiny and beds not the greatest. Shower was tiny. Overall, a good place to stay if you're not spending a lot of time in the room.
Each time I rang the bell outside the big green street-door to the courtyard I thought that the receptionist was saying 'momento' before buzzing us in. Of course he was saying 'Parlamento'. The staff were wonderful - always helpful and full of suggestions for local sites and places to eat. The location was very good, close to the fashionable Via del Corso shops and walking distance from most places. The room was attractive and clean and being at the top of the building well away from the noise of the street. The terrace outside our room was perfect for the generous breakfast and sitting after dinner out.
Hard to find fault but air conditioner was a little rattly, but we were refunded the modest fee when we mentioned it.
The central location, within walking distance of most of Rome's sights and the comfort of the sleep!
Basic breakfast, understandable given the space limitations.
I stayed here with my mother and it was a great location to be able to walk to all of the main sites. Wifi was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is an old building so you could hear everything. Our neighbors had a toddler and I could hear toys starting very early. Also, the pipes were old so we had to turn the shower on and off to let it drain so it would not overflow while bathing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and only given 1 very thin pillow. Breakfast was nice on the terrace, but not many options. If you're just looking for location, stay here and align your expectations that the facilities are not great.
Staff were polite, hotel clean, good breakfast and excellent location
Wi fi was not good
The fact that you could walk out the door and be right amidst the shops and cafés was excellent.
The hotel access was a bit cumbersome.
The location is central and convenient. Friendlyand helpful staff
The three bedroom is small with one window.
Staff were very helpful
They need new pillows, may as well have slept without one
We had a great holiday. The Hotel Parlamento was an excellent base for exploring Rome, and in a great location - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to, which was really nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was also lovely to be able to sit on the roof terrace, relax and enjoy the sunshine. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Parlamento to others.
We loved the place its near lots of important historial places and there are excelent restaurants nearby, The staff is also a point to be highlighted-they are always helpful and kind.
Well located, attractive rooms, courteous and helpful staff - a good breakfast with good gluten free options. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a real highlight
Location is superb. All the sites are in a walking distance. Staff is very helpful even outside their regular duties. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable throughout the whole hotel.
The staff, the breakfast
You had to pay extra for a.c.
Location Simplicity Comfort Reasonable breakfast Roof top terrace Reception staff always friendly and very helpful
Morning staff are very friendly.
Paying for air conditioning. Request for payment the day before check out. Felt untrustable
we have stayed here on 6 trips because of its proximity for walking to all the atractions. we especially like being able to walk home from the Navona, Pantheon, Trevi at night. the rooftop breakfast
