Step out of Albergo San Francesco, straight onto the hotel's well-equipped private beach. Enjoy beautiful sea views from this modern hotel, which has its own gardens.
Score from 95 reviews Very good
Located in a pedestrianised area in Ravello, 600 metres from Piazza Vescovado, Villa Amore is an intimate hotel with free Wi-Fi. Rooms here are classically furnished with a balcony.
Score from 140 reviews Good
Close to Ravello's Cathedral, Hotel Giordano is a villa of the early 19th century, with air-conditioned rooms. It offers free parking and an outdoor terrace with swimming pool.
Score from 62 reviews Very good
Just 5 minutes from the archaeological site, this hotel takes its name from the ruins of an ancient Pompeian villa located on the same street.
Score from 113 reviews Good
Super helpful staff. Beautiful views and centrally located to main square. All for a very reasonable prices especially since Ravello can be expensive.
The history of the building. Wonderful view. Tony and Leonardo are probably the nicest people I've ever met in my life.
Very welcoming and friendly, lovely restaurant, excellent location
The friendliness of all the staff. The views. The excellent continental breakfast and the very good lunch, dinner, specials and a la carte menu. Fresh vegetables from the garden, home baked bread a wide variety of fish and pasta dishes didn't disappoint. The coffee was excellent too!
The mattress was slightly on the firm side - for us- but this wouldn't affect any recommendations I would be happy to give
Very central location. Great views from the terrace. Tony, the owner, is very helpful with guiding you to Ravello. They also give you a wifi card to be used in the hotel and the town centre.
Breakfast could be better. More variety and better presentation...
The views. Literally took my breath away when he opened the shutters from our window. SPECTACULAR.
The old convent building gardens are beautiful and have the stunning view of the Amalfi coast, as does the restuarant. Excellent food, OK breakfast, very charming and helpful staff. We were offered a bottle of wine to compensate for the 25.50 Euro charge for the two minute taxi ride from the bus stop,( my friend has had a back operation and the steep roads and steps were a bit much) apparantly the taxi drivers feel justified in charging this as they wait in line hoping to get a fare down to Amalfi and will have to go to the back of the line after taking you for a short ride. They should of course tell you that the hotel is just up the road but ... eh !! this is Italy and all's " fare" where tourists are concerned. Apart from that the hotel is delightful
The taxi drivers rip off.
Staff willingness to help. Qeries and questions dealt with. Location with good views of sea and countryside
Staff was amazing. So helpful and professional
Location of the hotel is perfect, personel is polite and helpful.
Room and bath needs decoration.
Very attentive, and professional, staff - particularly Antonio. The feel, atmosphere of the hotel. The views. Nothing was too much trouble. Eg: When asked, they rearranged the bedding immediately. Genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from Antonio. He had a great sense of humor and made us feel like part of the family. He went out of his way to help us in any way he could. We had a lot of rain during our 3 night stay and enjoyed sitting on the veranda, reading our books, sipping a local wine and enjoying the breathtaking view. They may have the best view of any property in Ravello. We liked the history of the property, a 700 year old convent. We enjoyed the slower pace of the town and thought our stay was very relaxing. When it was time to go, Antonio arranged to have a driver named Sal take us Naples. He was fantastic and another highlight of our trip.
bed was too hard
Ravello is a lovely small village and the Hotel is just 10 min walk to center. The view from the hotel is great. It is a charming place with nice garden an terrace to overlook the Mediterranean Sea.
The quality and service at the restaurant is poor an expensive for what you get. There are a quite few nice and better restaurants in town & much better for your money. The overall staff service at the hotel is poor, except for the reception desk that is very friendly and helpful.
Lovely historic building with gorgeous views. Well-located with everything in Ravello a short walk away.
We enjoyed the family element of the staff and their bend over backwards attitude towards service and accommodation. The views were spectacular as well.
The weather, but that wasn't really their responsibility! They did offer us a larger umbrella.
Lovely hotel with extraordinary views of the stunning Almafi coast. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff, beautiful grounds, close to everything.
Beautiful room, wonderfully comfortable in all respects, with fantastic views. The staff were so friendly and helpful that it was hard to say goodbye after 6 nights
The meals for the prices could have been better. I would have liked to see more vegetables with the dinner. They weren't bad though and the atmosphere was very friendly with great views. We were there 'off season' so didn't have any choice in Ravello to go and eat.
Views!! I think it would be a pretty nice place to stay in season when gardens and outdoor dining was an option. Staff was nice and problems were addressed quickly.
The gardens pictured were bare...removed for fall? Disappointing- felt they should have put something in the gardens. The food was average or below Average to us.( We ate breakfast and dinner there.) I thought the location was okay, but far removed from the main center of town. Personally we were disappointed overall ~ pictures vs Actual grounds. We frankly couldn't give a "superb" review. :(
The views from hotel were beautiful and also the location was perfect we would definitely return.
the owners of the hotel the food was awsome the view spectacular
bathtub no shower
All of the staff were very welcoming and very friendly and helpful. We also got upgraded to a room with a fantastic view. They also offer gluten free options for breakfast and Lunch which was a great find after eating far too much wheat in italy!!
I can not write as well as Gore Vidal or D H Lawrence, both of whom lived in Ravello, but I can tell you this is a beautiful town - relaxed in demeanor with spectacular views. Hotel Parsifal is a perfect site to use as home when exploring the Amalfi Coast and surrounds. Staff were extreamly helpful, facility and gardens were beautiful. Views were undescribly spectacular.
We had a car, so felt freedom to easily access neighboring towns. Without car, it is a little remote but has great bus access.
The owners were incredibly gracious. The setting and views from the hotel were wonderful.
Really amazing views, great wine and very friendly and efficient staff
The staff could not do enough for us, every request was attended to immediately and their attention to detail and service was excellent. The view from our bedroom balcony was stunning
