Friendly staff, great views from the large balcony. Previous complaints about noisy rooms didn't effect us and we didn't hear our neighbours. Car parking was expensive & they damaged the car with a small dent which they tried to blame on us. But that was the car park called "Anna" not the hotel. |

The room was gorgeous with a huge terrace to view the spectaculer ocean and town below. The staff were friendly and very helpful, helping us organise our trip to Tuscany. One staff memebr even returned to a hotel in Sorrento where I had left something and picked it up for me. Bellisimo! |

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Staff was very courteous and sensitive to the needs of the customers. Shuttle service to and from the nearest pick up and drop off points was unavailable. |

The elegant decor, the location, the balcony, the tea/coffee in the room, the approachable staff, the breakfast. We would love to have had time to stay longer. The maids cart was a bit noisy as it was being wheeled up and down the hall outside our room early in the morning. |

Comfortable room with room to move and nice balcony with sea views. Stayed for one week and when arrived the room offered was very small however upon request we were moved to a larger room more appropriate for a longer stay. Breakfast bufet was excellent and varied. I would like the Wi Fi to be high speed and stay connected when in use. |

Nice room with balcony and great view. Helpful staff and shuttle service which made traveling there supper easy. They picked us up at Naple train station with all our luggage. We were with 2 other couples and split the 150 Euro shuttle 3 ways. |

Our room looked to the sea with a wonderful large balcony. The room was large, well kep and very comfortable.The breakfast was good with the only complaint being too many pastries. But for many that is not a problem. We felt the front desk staff was not particulary welcoming and there was not enough information available for various activities, ie Capri, Pompei etc. The staff were not cheerful about providing this service. |

Attitude of frontstaff was not great. Room is great and other staff were very hospitaful, but for the front, I could not enjoy staying this hotel perfectly. |

Beautiful decor, great room, good car parking service Nice breakfast but a bit of sausage and bacon would improve the buffet breakfast options considerably! Car parking was expensive at 15 euros a day. |

The hotel is nicely located in the town of Positano. It's in the upper part of the town, but a good walk is not a barrier to not choose the hotel. Net, the hotel is very good with helpful staff. They even went back in the kitchen to get our breakfast as we were late. |
