The breakfast was stunning with the delicous cakes. The view was also amazing and most of the staff went absolutely out of their way to be helpful and friendly (especially the man who ws at the counter on the night we checked in). Nothing that we did not like. If any suggestions could be made- although free wi fi is availiable, it would be great if the hotel offered free internet access on the pc just to help those without their laptops. But this is a small thing and otherwise there is no room for any complaints in this great hotel! |

Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast, great view of seaside cliffs, lots of dining nearby. Steep staircase walk down to beaches...fine for me, hard for girlfriend 24 weeks pregnant! |

Antonio and Toni were very helpful and the breakfast was nice. The view was fantastic although the balcony was quite small. Great location for the city bus. The front desk clerk on the evening shift could be alittle more friendly and less stiff. |

The hotel is in a good location. The staff were really pleasant. Good size comfortable bed. Lovely view from the room.Beakfast usual continental fare, The bathroom not the biggest, but there was a bath with a shower over it. |

Very nice stay. Excellent location. We requested a sea view room and got it. Just as we expected. Relatively easy to find by car. There should be a restaurant, but the hotel arranged a free ride with a local resturant, so all turned out well. |

The view from our balcony was incredible. The size of the balcony was probably similar to our room size. The room was very comfortable and breakfast sufficient. The bus stop outside the hotel was also very convenient. The only criticism would be that the staff were not always forthcoming with information. I am not sure if there is a bus timetable available indicating stops but this would have been very helpful initially. Maybe to have some information about the area ie history, ferry/bus services in the rooms or at least in the reception area. |

hotel is in Positano, but not directy in city centre, so you get the peace and quite what you need to enjoy the view and place. Minimal traffic, excellent for quiteness. Bus from hotrl to centre stops every 15 minutes making it easier to get to Positano centre. After seeing and being in Positano centre Hotel Pasitea's location is just perfect (out of traffic, has views, easy access (5 minutes) from city centre, can have privacy after a "mad, crazy" day at the beach..) |

The location and the view was great. The balcony was wonderful (bigger than the room) and parking area close by. It was almost impossible to move during shower (too small). |

Friendly staff, great views from the large balcony. Previous complaints about noisy rooms didn't effect us and we didn't hear our neighbours. Car parking was expensive & they damaged the car with a small dent which they tried to blame on us. But that was the car park called "Anna" not the hotel. |

The room was gorgeous with a huge terrace to view the spectaculer ocean and town below. The staff were friendly and very helpful, helping us organise our trip to Tuscany. One staff memebr even returned to a hotel in Sorrento where I had left something and picked it up for me. Bellisimo! |

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Staff was very courteous and sensitive to the needs of the customers. Shuttle service to and from the nearest pick up and drop off points was unavailable. |

The elegant decor, the location, the balcony, the tea/coffee in the room, the approachable staff, the breakfast. We would love to have had time to stay longer. The maids cart was a bit noisy as it was being wheeled up and down the hall outside our room early in the morning. |
