The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Staying in the winter time limited our restaurant choices, only 3 are open, but they helped us get a shuttle to and from the restaurant we chose. Also, the view that we had could not have been better.
Locations and best view
Hotel don't have shuttle bus to send guest to the bus stop
The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The room was quite spacious. It is clean. The staff were so nice and efficient. Breakfast is better than any other italian 4* hotels (trust me i've been in many) The parking area is just 100m away, 18€ per night is good for positano.
Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious cakes served at breakfast.
Positano is an amazing venue, the views are breath taking. The locals are only too happy to chat and give help and advice.
I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't offer a service of transportation to/from bus terminals/ stations. Given the extreme hilliness of the area it was really difficult for me with my heavy suitcase as a lone traveller. The rooms could do with some general maintenance and a fresh coat of paint.
The views especially for rooms with balconies are excellent. The hotel is half way between the Bar Internazionale bus-stop and the beach, that makes it very convenient. The housekeeping is super. As are room facilities. The staff is courteous and helpful.
As it is Positano, prices are not cheap.
Fantastic location to go for walks, great and friendly staff, the view from the balcony is amazing!
The breakfast was great! But needed more healthy and fresh juices!
The staff was very helpful in helping us with our requests. Will definitely recommend people to stay here. Excellent balcony view is an additional bonus point.
The entire hotel experience was perfect from checking in to our departure. The large balcony was excellent and the view was outstanding. The service we enjoyed was exceptional and the staff member who checked us in on the 17th Dec was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
No meals available in the evening when we stayed.
The service, location, hospitality, the master suite ...
Far from the main Positano market and that you have to walk up and down the slopes for reaching the hotel.
The view from the balcony was great, probably all the rooms have great view. Bougainvillea are very well cared and add value to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and also contained fresh products. Overall we had a great stay, Positano is amazing.
The bathroom must be renovated, many cracks can be seen on the tiles. The walls in the room are a bit dirty and should be repainted. These were not disturbing as we couldn't get our eyes off the balcony, but given the prices I expected better.
Amazing hotel with the most beautiful view <3 Everything was perfect!
We loved the view of the coast and the size of the room that we were given. The breakfast was well presented and more than adequate. The receptionist assistance in locating restaurants in the area that would come to pick us up and return us after a meal was appreciated.
The water pressure over the shower could have been better. Though not the fault of the hotel in anyway, the lack of restaurants in the area that were open, limited our options for evening dining. Note that we were booked in for the 'off season' and this is to be expected.
We enjoyed that it wasn't too far away but close enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved this hotel and their recommendations including taking care of our car for us.
The stairs to the main village (it may have been worth it due to the amount of food we had though).
Great views from the balcony. Rooms were clean and roomy. We had two rooms and one had a large balcony, great for actually sitting outside. They have only two such rooms P1 and P2. Breakfast was decent to start the morning. Great stay would stay again.
Wireless was very spotty in the rooms to the point of not usable. In lobby it worked great. Small hotel so don't expect large hotel amenities.
Original hotel decoration Good views from the room
really thin walls with no carpet in the hallway A bit far from city center
Stayed in November for 5 days. Had a wonderful time. Special thanks to tony at reception. Was a wonderful help. At checkin he brought out a map of the area and told us about various restaurants and bars. We went to most of them in our short time there and they were incredible. He was a lovely friendly person and it made our holiday. Thankyou again tony
couldnt stay any longer. Had to get back to work. But we will be back
Location, view, private valet parking, general cleanliness & ambience
Breakfast was only average - hot options were poor and fresh orange was an additional charge
Everything! Upgrade to a suite for a special view of Positano.
The staff. Tony was so friendly and helpful. We didn't waste a minute. He sent us in the right direction every time. The hotel is in a great location. Cleanliness of the rooms. Rooms were decorated with appropriate seaside colours which gave a great feel for a fabulous holiday ahead.
Perhaps the front reception area, towards the left side. Maybe the chairs needed to be a bit more comfortable. It can't be too bad because I can't really remember. Just something wasn't quite right That's all.
Location, bus in front of hotel, fabulous view, easy walk down to restaurants, very helpful front office staff. We really enjoyed our stay.
Tony at the front desk is one of the best people in any hotel we have ever stayed at. Super helpful, informative and most importantly friendly. (he enjoys his job!) Hotel is good, location also good (a walk anywhere is possible but as always in Positano lots of steps). It is on the side rather than the center but a bus stop is directly outside. Good breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable but as with all hotels in Positano it is expensive. We would recommend this hotel.
A little far away from center but not a problem
Room! Bella! Breakfast - yum! Personal service and attention.
Great hotel in a brilliant location. Tony on the desk was very friendly and had an English sense of humour. Would definitely return.
The location is perfect! Lovely view!
