Positano Art Hotel Pasitea    

Location and convenience in terms of shuttle bus stops, steps to the main square and visible because of the bourganville creepers framing the hotel entrance.

Breakfast could be more comprehensive. Hotel appears much smaller than projected online.

positano is beautiful,and the hotel fantastic it is a great combination

We liked everything about the hotel and staff as everyone was extremely friendly and obliging. We were made to feel at home immediately. We would definately recommend it.

There was nothing that we didn't like and we are not that easy to please as we have travelled a lot.

This hotel has wonderful views. It is well located near restaurants but unfortunately there is no avoiding the stairs in Positano if you want to get around. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We have a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

The staff was friendly, room and facilities were clean. Good value for Positano with a sea view.

Staff did not assist with transporting our bags from the car park either arriving or departing. In general, the customer service was lacking compared with other hotels in Italy. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but they charged us for a second cappuccino at breakfast. This was the only hotel in Italy that did this. I would not stay here again during a visit to Positano based on the customer service.

A very nice hotel with a fantastic view of the see and the town Positano. Our room was big and spacious with everything you needed. Very friendly and helpful personnel, especially Emanuella who always helped us with a smile. The hotel is well located with an "easy" walk to the center of Positano.

Great location with very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with very good sized balconies overlooking the Bay. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance.

Beautiful views, very nice balcony overlooking the sea. Great employees, helpful and accomodating, tried hard to fulfill any request. Nice, typical breakfast. Nice lobby, comfortable surroundings. All the people, including the bus driver, were above and beyond helpful.

Nothing. There is some walking and stairs involved in going to town (It IS Positano, after all), but there is also a bus that comes right by the hotel.

Staff were excellent and very helpful (thanks Tony). Location was excellent with great views from rooms and balconies. Breakfasts were well catered. Would recommend Pasitea Hotel as a place to stay and Positano as a place to visit.

everything. the room was gorgeous, bed very comfortable, the most comfortable bath i have ever used in a hotel, staff incredibly friendly, did not complain when i asked to take my car out and there were 4 cars in front of it.

The view was incredible! The staff were so helpful and friendly! Being located overlooking the Almafi coast was incrediblely beautiful!

Lack of restaurant choices over Christmas was a problem, as only a few were open.

Room was spacious and clean. We arrived too early and they accomodated us by allocating another and bigger room so that we could rest which was very nice. Breakfast is standard fair and sufficient. There is coffea and tea making facilities in the room. Overall a comfortable stay

Slightly out of town so need a 10-15min walk to the beach area or you can take a bus which stops in front of hotel and then you are in 5min there. There was no safe in the room.

Staff helpful, room small but comfortable. Simply furnished but stylish, probably the best choice I could have made mid December.

Bed cover needed cleaning. Not sure I'd call this an art hotel! Not much open is time of year in Positano, this looked like the best of the lot.

The staff here was amazing! From Antonio, the night manager to the Gen. Mgr in the mornings, everyone was so helpful and fantastic! We were two dumb Americans with no clue how to roam thru Italy and this staff showed us bus schedules, train schedules, private cars, everything! We would never have been able to stay within our budget for travel without their help. The hotel was surprisingly very nice for the price we paid, I expected a hostel type environment, but this place was more boutique style. We loved it and will be back soon!

That my stay was so short!

The staff was extremely helpful and all spoke English. They were able to recommend wonderful restaurants near the hostel as well as give directions. The breakfast was amazing with assortments of cakes and pastries as well as bread for toast and cereal if one preferred it. They even had fruit which we grabbed to snack on on our hikes. The room was gorgeous as well and the view from our balcony was the best view of Pasitano! Best hotel experience I have ever had!

Walked to hotel from main bus stop down a road so no steps to carry bag. Was approx 10 min walk Room had a balcony with a view of the beautiful hill and ocean. Staff helpful with any transport and restaurant queries.

Noise from elevator at night. Is extremely quiet area so every sound is heard so could be a difficult one to fix problem.

A very pretty hotel from the outside with bouganvillea (not sure of spelling!!) growing all over. Very "blue" on the inside - in colour that is! We had booked a twin room which was perfectly adequate for us but my friend decided she would like a room higher up with an even bigger balcony. Fortunately there was a suite available and we moved up a floor. The suite was lovely and was cleaned every day, new towels etc. The staff couldn't have been nicer - especially Tony with his ready smile and Manu in the dining area. The hotel has a bus stop outside which was great as we good go to the centre of town and bus back which saved a lot of walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone lucky enough to be going to Positano.

Great location, great price, excellent restaurants down the street, at one of the most beautiful locations in the world! What more can you ask for?

Excellent view and very classy room design and hotel accomodations. I would definitely stay here again.
