Nel suo insieme è un eccellente Hotel: in primis il personale cordiale ma non invadente. Il senso di pulizia si percepisce già nella hall, ma ancor di più nella stanza. Plus: stanze assolutamente insonorizzate, probabilmente grazie alle vecchie e solide mura dell'edificio. |

tout est parfait dans cet hotel : les chambres sont magnifiques, les salles de bains sont géniales (jacuzzi, peignoirs, miroirs partout...), le personnel est adorable et performant, le petit déjeuner est succulent et varié, la terrasse au 3eme étage est un lieu enchanteur. La position de l'hôtel est idéale pour visiter. |

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre avec une magnifique terrasse d'un niveau supérieur à notre réservation. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale (très belle vue sur l'église Santa Croce). Beau palace de tradition. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner, avec brioches et confitures maison. Personnel extrêmement aimable. |

Devo dire proprio un bell'albergo ed ottima la posizione, centrale, tranquilla e facile daraggiungere. Molto bello l'albergo in un palazzo del 1700. Di buon gusto gli arredi in stile, ben tenuto molto cortese il personale e di aiuto. |
