It was a luxury 5 star hotel which was not over-the-top but low key, efficient, and elegant (art deco) and not too expensive. The breakfasts were extremely good-- lavish but not excessive. The staff at reception were always very helpful, the dining room staff also were alert and attentive. An extremely elegant and well-run hotel. The reception area with a selection of newspapers (one in English) was pleasant and comfortable. The knock at the door in the evening with the maid bearing a tiny cake (factory-made) and wanting to turn down the sheets already turned down by us as we were resting. I do wish luxury hotels would give up on this practice.

The Patria Palace is ideally located in the old part of Lecce. It is a traditional hotel. They make the best Bellinis in the world. The roof garden is lovely with views of a baroque church. Restaurant could be improved - rather dark and quiet. They need to move it to the beautiful room with a fountain. The roof garden needs to have the bar staffed late afternoon.

The service was superb, always smiling and helpful. The best we experienced in the four hotels that we stayed in in Puglia. The location was also perfect. We ended up extending our stay. The room was a bit old. Breakfast was disappointing and a bit like a cafeteria than a four star hotel.

Einmalige Lage zentral in der Altstadt; mit direktem Blick auf die Basilika Santa Croce. Zurückhaltend und geschmackvoll modernisierte, aber etwas kleine Zimmer. Hübscher Dachgarten. Das Hotel in den engen Altstadtgassen zu finden ist ein echter Challenge für GPS und Fahrer!

La cura con cui è stata effettuata la ristrutturazione e con cui sono stati realizzati I dettagli di arredo Forse un albergo di lusso dovrebbe fare più attenzione ad alcuni dettagli nei servizi e nelle facilities:la cassaforte non funzionava,il servizio colazione non era perfettamente a punto all'orario di inizio del servizio,la temperatura della camera non era e non è regolabile dall'interno ma solo tramite reception.Quest'ultima caratteristica crea problemi durante le ore notturne costringendo il cliente a dover accendere la luce,cercare il numero del centralino e chiamare, ovviamente svegliando definitivamente se stesso ed il compagno di camera.Comunque il prezzo conveniente ha ampiamente assorbito tali piccoli difetti.

中庭に面した小さなベッドのある部屋を予約したのですが、フロントの方のご配慮でバルコニー付きの大きな窓- からサンタ・クローチェ教会がバッチリ見えるステキなお部屋に変更していただけました。本当に真正面に荘厳- なバロック建築が見えて、大変心地よく、あた部屋も十分に広く快適でさすがパトリア・パレス！と感激いたし- ました。朝食もとても美味しく大変麗しい旅の思い出になりました。
