Hotel Patria  

The location was close to the train station. The street was reasonably quiet (for Rome). 24Hr reception.

Some of the reception staff were pretty grumpy, the bathroom was small ie: could not sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the bidet.

The central location.

The breakfast was really bad. Coffee and juice tasted like water. No fresh fruits. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

There should have variety of selection on breakfast. Meaning there should have alternative choices daily. Don't serve the same food and selection every day.

The bathroom was considerably small I am only 5 foot tall and petite but found the shower very claustophobic.

Very very good location! Most of places of interest are situated at walking distance. In addition there is an undeground station just 1 minute away. If you need there is a supermarket - 5 minutes walking (via Nazionale 213). Nice and friendly stuff, speaking English.

Nothing serious. In my room (single room) it was just a bit noisy, but closing the window and a conditioner resoleved the problem.

Most helpful staff I have ever experienced. They helped us book bus tickets online at the front desk and had great suggestions re: restaurants, etc. The hotel is perfect location; right around the corner from via Nationale, walking distance from Piazza Di Spagnia. (

Simple and cheap, can´t ask more for the price we payed, was more than enough. Its very well localized, just 20 secs from Piazza de la República and the metro station, 5 min walk from the city sightseeing buses and 10 min walk from the Termini Station that has the Shuttle Buses to both airports. Overall pretty good for my needs. Employees spoke perfectly clear english and were very helpful.

Not really... Perhaps not having a Portuguese channel in the TV's, but thats completely secondary.

Most of all I liked the level of service provided by the hotel staff, especially Denis - the manager responsible for online bookings.

The hotel is ideally situated from the railway termini and all the major sightseeing attractions.

Very little to dislike about this pleasant little hotel.

Em alguns dias serviram no café da manhã, leite e café frios.

Ottima la posizione (sia per spostarsi a piedi che con I mezzi pubblici), la pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni, la colazione (forse poco varia la colazione continentale, ma quella italiana era buona ed abbondante) e, non ultima, la disponibilità di tutto il personale.

Il bagno della nostra camera era minuscolo e veramente poco agevole: per una coppia con bambini o più anziana sarebbe stato di difficile utilizzo. Cmq ci è stato detto che le altre camere hanno dei bagni un po' più comodi.
