Entfernung vom Zentrum deutlich weiter als angegeben. Insbesondere ist die Strassenbahn nicht unter 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Busse fahren (2 Linien), aber sehr selten, besonders der 774 scheint einen 45 Minuten Takt zu haben.

Staff were truly amazing! Says your room gets cleaned twice a week, everyday we got back to a beautifully clean, tidy room. Once we got used to the public transport it was a superb holiday. Best advice is to get a bus that is described in the hotel book in your room to Gianicolense and then get the number 8 tram into Rome, all done in 20 mins. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough, thankyou!!

The Hotel was awesome, very clean, well-equipped, friendly stuff and there are cameras to ensure the safety. Also the patio was a great place to relax with comortable sofas and little fountains. There is a bus stop to the center right around the corner and if you change to the tram (at Trastevere station for example or you simply get out when you see a tram station, they run like every 5 minutes) you get to the city center in 30 Minutes. You can take lines 774 (doesnt operate on sundays) and line 228, the bus stop is called Portuense Forlanini or you can also use Folchi which is just a little bit further down the street and around a corner but from there you can also take the bus 710. It is a safe and quiet area there were no noises at night so for us it was worth it to live a little bit away from the center. If you arrive at Fiumciono airport you can take the f1 train (8 Euros/person) which takes about 30 minto Trastevere station and then one of the buses I mentioned earlier. It is important to know that you cant buy bus tickets in the buses, you have to buy them at Tabacchis (tabacco stores) and validate them in a maschine in the bus. One way(100 min) costs 1,50 Euro. If you are in Rome for a couple of days or longer it is best to buy a 3-day/1-week- ticket (only at the train stations, 16,50 Euros for a 3-day-ticket) because you have to use public transport every day to get into town and so it is cheaper and easier than having to buy a new ticket every time. 50 metres from the bus station there is a panetteria (bakery) where we liked to get our breakfast. If you get out of the hotel to the left, go down the street to the left and then turn right, there is a supermarket (Carrefour). So all in all we had a great time and would definitly stay there again!

The only problem is that the buses dont really have a set schedule so sometimes you wait 2 min, on bad times you have to wait 30 minutes until the bus arrives but as you only have to get to the city in the morning and come back at night its still not so bad

Nice room with a kitchenette and plenty of room to move. Newly refurbished, which was nice to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. A laundromat around the corner was very handy and also cheap. After travelling for the last 4 weeks we were desperate.

Too difficult to get to city centre. Having to wait for a bus for 1 hour to get home after walking all day was not an ideal way to finish the day. Staff could be a little more helpful also. Not many nice restaurants in the area.

The staffs are so nice and helpful,I should ask their's names, sorry. the beautiful and smile short hair reception young lady who is so friendly and help me for many things when I check in, also the gentermen who help me to find the way to go to the train station is so kind when I check out...the breakfast lady are always so kind, the bar staff (also do breakfast job) genterman is so good for doing the cappuccino and so friendly ... the design and paintings are so morden and simple, love here!

my room is a bit dark and small, can not open the window

The conditions were excelent and with a few exceptions the room was quiet. We stayed there for 4 nights and rented a scooter to visit Rome. It was an excelent choice! We will definitely stay there again!

We love the place! The owner was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We fell very comfortable there and would definitely stay there again. The location was not too bad. The bus stop was just around the corner and it took about 20 min to get to the centre. At night we had a great sleep as the place and the surroundings were very quite.

Excellent design and spacious rooms with everithing you need, a well equiped kitchen and a great shower. Very clean and quiet studio apartement. The gentleman that served us when we checked-in spoke good english and was very helpful and polite. It's in a safe neighborhood (we came back to the hotel one night at 4:00am - with bus 14 - and we didn't face anything bad or strange).

The appartment was clean, spacious and excellently furnished, ideal for getting back to after a long day exploring the city. There was a really good street market nearby, ideal for stocking up on food. Staff were friendly and helpful Excellent value for money handy if you are arriving from Fiumicine (train to Trastevere, 30 mins)

We arrived at the hotel early and were able to check in straight away. The lady that served us kept apologising for not being able to speak good english but she was extremely helpful and had no need to apologise. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we could possibly need. We were on the front of the property with a balcony onto the street but the walls were high enough that it didn't matter and it was nice to sit out in the evening or before we left for the day. We were able to use the garage for our hire car which was very safe. The courtyard at the hotel - although we did not sit out there - was really lovely and a nice quiet spot. Would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Rome.

I can't fault it at all - although the area wasn't the best, the hotel was tucked down a small side street and we could have been anywhere it was that quiet.

Everything! Amazing bedrooms. Its safe. If you go by car you have free parking near (better for the night, for all day, they have garage for only 10 euros/day!) bus station and supermarket very near. Recommended for all who goes to Rome.

The appartment was great, with airconditioning. It was clean, neat and the size was perfect for two persons. We had enough privacy, also on our terrace!

WiFi only worked when we were outside, not in the appartment. We told this to the employees. It takes some time (40 min) to get to the centre of Rome, but that's no problem, bustickets aren't expensive (€16 euros for 3 days for all Rome, €24 for a week).

A great studio apartment, with everything you need for a break in Rome. The owner was helpful arranging a taxi on our final day & there are clear instructions on how to navigate the bus & tram system & a market & supermarket close by.

Excellent place with very good service and kind personnel !!

This is a new place that has been nicely renovated. Rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. We didn't use the kitchenette because we were only there for one night, but it would be very handy if one were to stay for a longer period. Lovely place!!

The clean room en good beds en shower too. We booked the room with the balcony. Quiet surrounding with some small shops end every day's market

Skvělé, nové, perfektně vybavené apartmány (měli jsme lepší kategorii Executive - odpovídalo to českému 1+kk, 30 m2 s terasou, příjemný a ochotný personál. 5 minut pěšky supermarket, klidná ulice, klimatizace; MHD 30 minut do centra (s 1 nebo 2 přestupy podle cíle cesty)

jediná chybička v apartmánu - pár mravenců v cukru, který byl k dispozici v kuchyňce, ale jinak vše naprosto čisté; cena odpovídala kvalitě - byla poměrně vysoká
