Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a balcony facing the ocean (though faraway...), was very bright, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Location is excellent, right in the center of Capri Town near Piazza Umberto as well as trails to several sights on that side of the island. |

The staff was extremely kind and always helpful.The rooms are really comfortable. Only to be picky, the TV in the room could have been slightly bigger or in a different position. A nice to have, wireless in the rooms as well. |

Staff were pleasant, but not well informed about basics such as getting luggage from and to port area; multi-channel tv with English language channels for rainy days Quality and size of the room and hotel not good value; breakfast was not 4 star quality; us$ 330 doesn't go far in Capri but if you're going to drop that, might as well spend a little extra and get something nicer; bed and pillows were far too hard (I normally like firm mattrass) |

This is a fantastic location, only steps from cafes, restaurants, boutiques and nightlife. The rooms are clean and although the breakfast is small it still does the trick. Americans always complain about breakfast because they think the Grand-Slam from Denny's is the norm. I'd stay there again if I were to return to Capri. |

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful welcome from the hotel staff expecting our arrival. Lovely clean room with big balcony. Fantastic pool set amongst beautiful lemon groves. Would highly recommend. A great oasis of calm in the bustle of Capri! |

Young, professional, extremely friendly staff, excellent situation close to the heart of Capri town and yet quiet and peaceful, pleasant and recently renovated premises, nice pool, with the shade of a lemon orchard just next to it, shared with another hotel, nice breakfast. There was nothing I disliked but I was quite surprised by the tiny size of my room (and the shower certainly hammered in the need to go as a matter of urgency on a severe diet...). Had I realised, when searching online, how small the room was I would probably have looked elsewhere for a more comfortable accommodation. |

Hotel confortevole,pulito, ottima vista panoramica, personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottima ubicazione per visitare Capri comoda a tutti i servizi. Esperienza da ripetere. Camere un po' piccole, anche se questo non ha creato problemi. |

Hotel muy tranquilo, situado en el corazón de Capri. Muy importante usar el servicio de recogida de maletas del Puerto al Hotel, y vicecersa, que evita tener que recorrer las calles de Capri (peatonales) con las maletas a cuestas. |

ホテルスタッフは大変親切で、ツアーの手配などもものによっては代行してくれるようです。部屋も清潔、内装- もカプリらしく海の色で大変綺麗でした。部屋の清掃は夕方にも入っていたようです。是非また利用したいホテ- ルです。 |
