Отель находится в центре города, на площади Республики, в 15 мин.пешком от центрального вокзала. Питерцы могут почувствовать себя на Дворцовой площади. Занимает 3-5 этажи здания 19 в., окна выходят на площадь. Интерьер косит под английский дом начала 20 в. Местами требуется небольшой косметический ремонт, но в целом всё достаточно приятно и красиво. Персонал вежливый, приветливый, готов помочь с возникающими вопросами. Завтраки не блещут, но на уровне. Бесплатный wi-fi, круглосуточный бар с умеренными ценами. |

Отель находится в историческом центре Флоренции, в пешей прогулке вокзал Санта Мария Новелла. Красивое оформление холла. Немного аскетичные номера, отель больше напоминает старый благотворительный пансион.Темно-синие тона слегка угнетают. |

Абсолютно замечательное расположение по отношению ко всем достопримечательностям Флоренции. Все в шаговой доступности, что особенно ценно для семей с маленькими детьми и не очень молодых туристов В общем-то нет |

Прекрасное расположение, доброжелательный персонал. В день заселения в номере не было горячей воды. После обращения к персоналу на следующий день дали горячую воду. |

Место расположения - очень быстро как добраться до вокзала, так и до главных достопримечательностей, соотношение цена/качество. Завтрак: минимальный набор. Один сок (апельсиновый, из пакета), минимум фруктов, йогурт, хлопья... |

Отличное расположение отеля, метро рядом, пара минут до собора, вечером можно прекрасно погулять. Отличный завтрак, вежливый отзывчивый персонал. Шумоизоляцию сделать было бы здорово. |

Прекрасное расположение отеля, удобные, просторные номера Англоязычные телевизионные программы (новостные). Учитывая, что музеи во Флоренции открываются в 08-15, хорошо бы начало завтрака перенести на более раннее время |

The location was fantastic and the set up with a garage locally worked well.The bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and the washign facilities adequate Breakfast was also good - choice was limited but the croissants and bread were fresh The whole hotel needs a lick of paint - it would not cost much to do this. It is just very tired and tatty. There was no warning that once having taken the lift to the 4th floor we would need to drag the bags down to the 3rd floor and fo up and down like this throughout the stay. We were not so impressed wiht that. I think that for the quality of the hotel, despite its locaiotn, it was expensive. |

Excellent hotel, and a very good rate. Lots of history, traditional furnishings all in a perfect, atmospheric location. Breakfast was pretty good for Italy. Our room was really big, with a high, painted ceiling, a lovely big, comfortable bed and an excellent view out onto the Piazza Signoria. Difficult to say anything bad about this hotel at this price. The staff were more business-like than friendly though, and we didn't have any communication with them for the whole stay. But then again, we didn't really need to... |

the location of the hotel the staff were not at all helpful or friendly everything was an effort, my room was located down two flights of stairs, my toilet didnt work and the bathroom floor tiles were all loose when mentioned to staff they said yes we know as for the toilet too many tourists in town just push once. |

Location is prefect. All attractions, shops and resturants are within walking distance. The room we stayed is at the back staricase with a 'poor' roof top view. It was very noise during the night time when people gathered at the staircase for chat. |

There were 3 of us guys traveling together and our "room" was actually a 2 bedroom place so we finally had room to spread out a little bit. The rooms were a nice size. Also, we had a car and they make arrangements to have your car picked up, garaged and brought back to you when we were ready to check out! This was a great service!!! The place sort of had the feel of a bed and breakfast. However, the complimentary breakfast was not set up on time so we had to check out and get on the road before breakfast was served. All in all, it was a great place to stay. |

perfect location in the middle of town The piazza (under your window) is similar to a music festival, till 1.30 in the morning, several bands play music. Up tempo gipsy music, poor opera singers, .... sometimes simultanious ! The atmosphere of the hotel is one for backpackers and very young people. |
