Utmärkt centralt läge. Gratis internet i lobbyn. WC fungerade dåligt till och från under 2 dagar!.Toaletten kunde inte spola. Detta borde föranleda en prisreduktion eller någon form av ersättning.Inget internet på hotellrummen.Mycket ljud från gatulivet utanför var mycket störande under nätterna. |

Att hotellet låg mycket centralt I hjärtat av staden Florens. Att man inte behövde känna sig rädd när man som ensam kvinna gick hem sent på kvällen då det alltid var liv och rörelse sent I området vid hotellet. Nej |

Hotellet är mycket centralt beläget och personalen ordnade med hämtning och lämning av bilen till parkeringshus. Hotellet ligger på fjärde våningen och hissen upp var så liten att man högst kunde vara 2 personer eller en person med bagage. |

Mycket cdentralt, slitet badrum men mycket prisvärt. Upplevde det svårt att hitta hotelet Trasig duschvägg, luktade fukt i badrum. |

Läget först och främst var perfekt - det var nära till alla sevärdheter och även stationen Santa Maria Novella. Rummet var stort och hade en fantastisk utsikt på Piazza della Reppublica. Servicen var också väldigt bra. Vi var väldigt nöjda och rekommenderar gärna detta hotell. Frukosten kunde ha varit lite mer varierad, men det fanns gott om allting och det var väldigt gott. |

Vänligt och hjälpsam personal, bra läge för en stadsvistelse, rena och snygga rum som stadades varje dag. Hisskapacitet var dålig. |

Det centrala läget samt möjligheten att få hjälp med parkering av bilen även vid mycket sen ankomst (flyget försenat) Hissen har dålig kapacitet |

The location was fantastic and the set up with a garage locally worked well.The bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and the washign facilities adequate Breakfast was also good - choice was limited but the croissants and bread were fresh The whole hotel needs a lick of paint - it would not cost much to do this. It is just very tired and tatty. There was no warning that once having taken the lift to the 4th floor we would need to drag the bags down to the 3rd floor and fo up and down like this throughout the stay. We were not so impressed wiht that. I think that for the quality of the hotel, despite its locaiotn, it was expensive. |

Excellent hotel, and a very good rate. Lots of history, traditional furnishings all in a perfect, atmospheric location. Breakfast was pretty good for Italy. Our room was really big, with a high, painted ceiling, a lovely big, comfortable bed and an excellent view out onto the Piazza Signoria. Difficult to say anything bad about this hotel at this price. The staff were more business-like than friendly though, and we didn't have any communication with them for the whole stay. But then again, we didn't really need to... |

We liked its central location in the city and its central location to many restaurants and pizzerias in the area and shopping. Soiled carpet in the room. |

the location of the hotel the staff were not at all helpful or friendly everything was an effort, my room was located down two flights of stairs, my toilet didnt work and the bathroom floor tiles were all loose when mentioned to staff they said yes we know as for the toilet too many tourists in town just push once. |

Location is prefect. All attractions, shops and resturants are within walking distance. The room we stayed is at the back staricase with a 'poor' roof top view. It was very noise during the night time when people gathered at the staircase for chat. |

There were 3 of us guys traveling together and our "room" was actually a 2 bedroom place so we finally had room to spread out a little bit. The rooms were a nice size. Also, we had a car and they make arrangements to have your car picked up, garaged and brought back to you when we were ready to check out! This was a great service!!! The place sort of had the feel of a bed and breakfast. However, the complimentary breakfast was not set up on time so we had to check out and get on the road before breakfast was served. All in all, it was a great place to stay. |

I very like this hotel. It is romantic, of old-fashion type, placed in the center of Florence, with romantic view from the window of my room. It is clean, with good facilities,with pleasent stuff. In one word it is for recomendation |

perfect location in the middle of town The piazza (under your window) is similar to a music festival, till 1.30 in the morning, several bands play music. Up tempo gipsy music, poor opera singers, .... sometimes simultanious ! The atmosphere of the hotel is one for backpackers and very young people. |

Fabulous location, quite room, right in the heart of the historica places (and shopping if you car about that) where you want to be in Florence. Breakfast was fine. Wirless internet connection worked well in common areas (unlike other places we've stayed in Florence). We will recommend to others going there. |
