Very comfortable stay. Rooms are really nice with wifi, tv, balcony. Daily cleaning is provided and fresh towels each day. People who work there will help you about local informations. However you need to know that you are far far away from city center. Every day you need to take bus to the city and back which is 3€ per day. Area of the hostel still has nice coffee bars and restaurants so only issue if you came here to see Rome is a location of the pension.
There is nothing about property itself that is to be disliked.
Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean room, away from the main railway station 30 minutes by bus, quiet area, although many immigrants. Supermarket, restaurant with acceptable reasons prices and bus stop within 5 minutes walk. I reccomend!!!
Train station is very near, bed is very comfortable
Good breakfast and good location (there are 2 stop buses near the hotel conecting to Rome in 20 minutes)
Noisy room because there is a hospital in front of the hotel.
Clean room, friendly staff.
Room was smaller than I expected.
We just loved this place! I give it a 5 star not because it is a 5 star hotel but it is what it says, and at its best. Perfect for bed and breakfast and breakfast is served to your bed and feels so luxurious! The owner sees you as a family, helps and protects you, wakes up in the middle of the night if you call and tells you what to expect what to explore. He helped us to keep our luggages after check out and saved our locker money.. They have another places too, this one is 15 mins to Termini by bus. We were 4 friends and definitely will be staying at here again.
1) nice, clean room (enough for two people) and looks like on the pictures. Helpful staff. 2) Good location - not so far to the Termini Station (bus 105 leaves very often and it takes about 25 min) 3) nice bar with one of the best espresso in Rome - just the next door. The supermarket is 3 minutes walk. One bus stop to the Carrefour. 4) good place for sleeping and keeping your luggage. Taking all + and - into consideration we are really happy that we have chosen this hotel.
1) the double bed was composed from 2 single beds and during sleeping it was moving and making sleeping very uncomfortable 2) the windows were poor. Our room was facing the street in front of the hospital and as a result it was very noisy and sometimes we had small problems with sleeping 3) strange sound from the toilet - we still do not know why it sounded so awful and so loud.
It is the best place and is inexpensive if you are looking just to keep your luggage and a place to sleep.
Area looks bit dodgy but it was fine to travel even after midnight.
The receptionist is very nice, gave us a lot of guides on travelling around, close to bus station. It's cheap and value for money, but no lift.
This area is not that nice, I was robbed when I was walking down from the bus, maybe I was just unlucky.
The hotel owner Gordon was very friendly and though we arrived really late he was still smiling and willing to help us. The room was clean and cozy.
The staff was cooperative and friendly. They helped us get to the airport and gave excellent information on the city. I felt very safe.
It was advertised as being near the Trevi Fountain, however, it was not close and we had to pay 20 euro to get to the Trevi by taxi.
everything was excellent, staff really friendly and helpful, room nice and clean
Location is very bad,far from everything and bad neighborhood
The room was too noisy as it was facing the street, in front to an emergency hospital, and the windows were not thick enough to isolate. We were in the room close to the reception desk and the coffee machine and, one night, the owner was talking very loud with some customers from 23:00 and midnight and, although we knocked on the wall to gently remark that we were sleeping, they stopped for a minute and then restarted louder, until I opened the door and asked them to go discuss somewhere. Very unpleasant situation.
