I liked first of all the central location in Florense. My single room was modest but ok for the price and the staff was very polite and helpful The other guests were pleasent and calm people of different nationalities

The hotel is excellently situated - just 5 minutes from the railway station but you also can easily come to the room in the middle of a day to have a little rest. Although the buildings in the proximity are situated quite close to each other this did not bring discomfort - quite the opposite. And looking to the left from my window on the third floor I could see Santa Maria Novella church and the square nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Florence for sightseeing and need a good place to rest at night and also during a day. Shared bathroom is not a problem at all as I saw my neighbour only once during my stay.

The check in is at level 2. No help w luggages up. If traveling light is perfect but not advisable if traveling with heavy luggages.

The staff were friendly and fundamentally helpful; all those we met spoke English. The towels were changed after 2 days without our needing to ask, though it was not strctly necessary. The location was excellent for the centre of Florence and the railway station. The hotel was open 24 hours, so there was no need to certain of being back by any particular time.

There was an unfortunate smell of drains in our room and the folding door to the en suite facilities was in need of repair. The breakfast was very limited - comparable to that produced by Tren Italia(!) - though you could help yourself to as much coffee as you liked

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to train station and also walkable to every spots. The room is clean. I thought they didn't take card but actually they did!

The shower room is small, and there is no lift. For this price I think the room should be better.

Location is perfect though.We've stayed for 2 nights and it was quite ok, though no much pleassure.

Staff tries to be friendly but the woman is not pleasant at all. Others are quite Ok. Rooms are not very spacious and rather poor. Water pressure is also not good. If you want to leave your bags for some time in the day of departure you'll have to pay 1 euro per each - cheaper than luggage storage, but still dissapointing.

La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de la terminal de Santa Maria Novelo y eso ayuda a la llegada a la ciudad. Tiene buenos servicios y las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El precio es justo.

所在地点非常方便，距离火车站和热闹的市集都很近。同时，接待非常热情和专业，足够让人度过轻松休闲的假期- 。

前台接待在二楼，并且没有电梯。所以行李很多的顾客可能需要把行李逐个搬上楼（当然，热情的接待也会帮忙）- ——大概这是这个旅店唯一不方便的地方了：）

Sua confirmação de reserva é confusa não da uma unica informação sobre um assunto. Não se compromete no que diz. A sempre um outro item que pode contrariar o que foi dito. Nâo é profissional. Vai ser muito superada por outros sites que agora estão dando maior atenção as informações prestadas.
