The hotel is excellently situated - just 5 minutes from the railway station but you also can easily come to the room in the middle of a day to have a little rest. Although the buildings in the proximity are situated quite close to each other this did not bring discomfort - quite the opposite. And looking to the left from my window on the third floor I could see Santa Maria Novella church and the square nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Florence for sightseeing and need a good place to rest at night and also during a day. Shared bathroom is not a problem at all as I saw my neighbour only once during my stay.

It has an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the main Stazione Maria Novella, and within easy walking distance to most of Florence's main sights. For this reason we may recommend this hotel to other travellers.

There is a shower in the room but it is just a tiny section curtained off, with the curtain dangling 8-inches above the floor. The shower facility outside the room is much better.

The location is near to main station. And very low price in this city.

The cold room with poor function of heater. The share bath room was cold and wet. And after discharge if u come for get your bag you might not use the wc becouse it will make receptionist very angry. My advice if you have other choice please bring this place to your last.

Excellent location, really near the center.

Very bad breakfast! It doesn't value for money (costs 5 euro). I'm sorry, but isn't buffet breakfast, it isn't a country breakfast even.. Don't take it!

I liked the central location of it and the friendly staff. The bathroom was cleaned daily.

I didn't like the breakfast which looked and tasted cheap. Also on the website it stated you could pay by card but when I got there I was informed they only accepted cash.

el desayuno muy pobre y los productos servidos de mala calidad. y la atencion bastante regular

スタッフがとても感じが良く、気の利いた方でした。会う度に笑顔で一言声をかけてくれる。ワインを飲みたい- からグラスを貸して欲しいというお願いにも快く対応してくれました。部屋も割に広く快適。駅から近いので行- 動し易い。

wifiが部屋ではつながらず部屋を出た食堂でやっていました。

Идеальное месторасположение для тех, кто хочет изучать и саму Флоренцию и окрестности - 5 минут от вокзала, 10 минут от пьяццы Синьория. Вежливый, приветливый персонал, разрешили оставить чемодан на 2-е суток (всего за 5 евро), давали штопор. Вай-фай работает. Мы брали номер с удосьвами на этаже, однако в номере была и раковитна с краном, и душ, на этаже -только туалет. За свои деньги - хороший вариант.

La struttura delle camere e la pulizia, ottime rispetto al prezzo, soprattutto contando che si trova in pieno centro!!

I muri un pò troppo sottili...si sentiva tutta da una stanza all'altra...

Le seul petit moins: au petit déjeuner pour les français il faut du pain

Расположение - близко к вокзалу, центру, на тихой улице.

Персонал настаивал на платеже наличными. Говорили, что это спеццена - поэтому не принимают платеж картой. Невозможно воспользоваться туалетом в зоне ресепшн при регистрации (якобы весь отель в данный момент убирают), заселение после 14 часов. Очень много грязи на полу в номере.

La atención del personal es muy buena y una excelente ubicación para los que viajamos en tren hacia otros lugares como Pisa, Siena (ciudades de la Toscana).

Considero que la calefaxión es insuficiente, pero fuera de eso el precio que pagas es adecuado, si queremos algo con mayor confort debemos pagar más.
