Very clean homely hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. Very well located. Excellent value for money.

Room was smal & if you are a big person you could get lodged in the shower cubicle as its so small.. The bed was nice & firm, but the plows were uncomfortably firm. No lift so you have to carry your own cases up the stairs.Sometimes there is traffic noise fron the one lane road outside.

We loved the location. The view from our room was great. Dinning room and outside sitting areas were gorgeous. People were very nice especially the lady who did brekkie every morning.

The walls were paper thin. I'm a light sleeper and l could hear everything going on. Not the hotels fault, the other guests were just loud and inconsiderate

Great staff, very friendly and for helpful with suggestions. Love the wonderful breakfast included, Large variety and very well done. Enjoyed the hot tea and cookies included in the afternoon. Very close to the main strip and the cable car. Very charming decor.

Parking that we paid extra for was a few blocks down the street but the staff was very helpful with the luggage. The room was quite small and the shower and balcony very small. Overall Taormina was very expensive. You pay for everything but this hotel was delightful.

The Pensione Svizzera was brilliantly situated, a short walk from bus terminus which was essential with luggage, and a very easy walk up the road into the centre of Taormina. Very clean and comfortable, superb breakfasts and Maria and Giusy in Reception were very friendly and helpful (several languages spoken). There was a lovely shaded garden area and a small conservatory (this was extremely useful on a particularly wet day as although it was wet it wasn't cold so ideal for spending part of the afternoon reading

There was nothing to dislike

Good breakfast, and close to the ruin site and the bus depot. Wish we could stay longer.

Excellent service from the time of booking through to the desk reception, the Hotels location and our room. Tremendous. 10 out of 10. I fully recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to total enjoy and relax in Taormina. All staff and services 10 out 10.

The pension is close to the old town entrance, yet in a very quiet area. The outside terrace is wonderful. The breakfast was very rich, with a lot of fresh local dishes. The personnel was extremely friendly.

There was no elevator and it was a bit cold in the room.

Great location for Taomina. Easy walking distance from everything in the town. Excellent staff and terrific breakfasts.

Great location (close to the main street), loved the garden. Great breakfast, very nice and helpful staff, very clean.

Recommended by friends and lived up to our expectations fully. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we especially enjoyed afternoon tea. Room comfortable and clean. Sea view rooms are great.

Could be a lot of stairs to climb for some people on top floors; no elevator.

Wonderful location. Our room was on the water side and some rooms had large balconies. Ask for a room with a view and you won't be disappointed.

Great location, beautiful views from balcony suite, and really appreciated the lovely specialty coffees made with care by the servers at breakfast (forgive us, we did not catch her name, but she was blonde woman, reminded us of our italian aunt - so nice).

We were on the first floor so could hear the people in the floors above. However, we had a nice view, but balcony was tiny - still appreciated it.

They provided us with a very convenient parking space, paid for of course but still. The room had a large telly with all the international programmes. Breakfast was excellent.

There were a lot of stairs to climb. The room was hot and the aircon rattled so much my partner couldn't sleep with it on. The shower leaked all over the floor, the chambermaid was so used to tt that she left us two bath mats to soak it up. The internet was out of action. I am grousing so much as this was the most expensive place we stayed in and it did not live up to expectation.

The staff was very helpful in booking excursions, recommending restaurants and was very nice all around. The location is great, 5 minutes from the main street but in a quiet place.

The position was perfect, the hotel was beautiful. As soon as we saw it we fell in love with it. So glad we picked it. Our older teens had one room and we had another. The staff here were so lovely and helpful, very hospitable. The view was stunning Breakfast was a wonderful assortment

Our room (no10) was very small. The bathroom was so small, the shower was so tight, you couldn't move at all. Way to small for us. The kids room (no16) was bigger and the bathroom was much bigger. So I guess it pays to ask when you book. Didn't spoil our opinion though, we loved it

Traffic noise. No sea view.

location was excellent for bus station, cable car, main street with shops also shuttle to beaches was a real advantage. Loved the garden areas and breakfast area with view of sea. The breakfast was great and best cappucino.
