very helpful staff; clean, modern rooms; reasonably good breakfast included; good price for the location and the going rate in Florence. more information on how car parking works would be useful - we ended up illegally parked in the very middle of florence while i rushed around looking for the hotel to sort out the pre-booked parking. (though as it's outsourced to a local garage, not sure how feasible this is) |

The staff in this hotel are very friendly and polite. Our room was spacious and clean. Lastly, the location was superb, just within 5 minutes walk to Duomo and main shopping areas! |

Location was great and staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable and quiet. Some things were a little shabby and in need of repair. Especially in the bathroom. |

The people were nice The shower leaked. The room was too small. There was no sign in the entry to go upstairs to check in. Too expensive for what was provided. |

The best thing about this boutique hotel was the staff...who were excellent and incredibly accomodating and the location. It would be nice if there was a clock in the room. |

The hotel is only a fifteen minute walk from the train station and it is next to the Duomo. The hotel has an elevator. Very friendly staff. |

It is really close to the tourist attractions and good value for money. The staff are also attentive and friendly. The toilet shower area is a little small. |

Wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and convenient to all the museums and attractions. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station with bags, even though it feels like 30 minutes in the middle of the day during our trip in July. 2-3 minutes walk to the Duomo, 12 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery/Accademia. We got lost a few times, but found several of the main attractions like the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Repubblica. The breakfast includes: croissants, breads, pastries, ham, salami, cereals, orange juice, milk. Guest can also order espresso, cappuccino, and American coffee without charge. I liked the collection of books in the hotel lobby and the drink happy hour at 6pm. Toni was a great hotel clerk! Elevator - very small and slow, barely fits 2 people with suitcases. Probably will need to take 2 trips. Internet - wireless only works in the lobby, does not work in the rooms. Wired internet from the rooms work, but it can be really slow at times. Shower - really small, but I'm just use to the showers in the states. |

Close to train station. Right by the big church and dome square. The staff was very friendly and spoke great english. The breakfast was good, but not great. Excellent, excellent location. Ten minute walk from The breakfast cappuccino wasn't great, but everything else was ok. |

The staff was friendly and helpful during our recent stay. We were greeted at the front desk upon our arrival and given a drink. Breakfast each morning was always more than satisfactory and filling. Room clean and walking distance to the train as well as all sites in the city of Florence. Nice to have air conditioning when it was so hot outside. Great respite during the day. I would certainly come back here. Once or twice we had to walk up four flights of stairs as they weren't working. Seemed to be working by next use, but only 2 people at a time can use it. |

I guess you really pay a lot for not much in the center of Florence. The location was good and very close to everything touristy. Everything seemed tired. The carpet in the hallways, the paint, the decor, the bathroom fixtures. It was just pretty utilitarian. The bathroom had a teeny shower with a broken door. I could feel the springs in the mattress. The breakfast was nothing special. Overall, pretty disappointed in the ambiance for the price. |

Location, we could see Duomo through our hotel room window. The room was large by Italy standards and very clean. It was inconvenient that the hotel did not have a bar fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. |

The location was perfect for exploring the city, yet close enough to walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor, so plan on using the elevator or stairs. |

The view from the room window. The look and feel of the room. The locatin is amazing. The staff was so great, excellent recommendation on restaurant too. I would just suggest they make it a little easier to figure out how you get into the hotel. We were confused and waited for someone to come out. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building and the buzzer was not working. But other than that it was an amazing hotel. Loved it and will stay there anytime we're in Florence. |
