Hotel well located on the beach but a bit further away from the public transport route so not as handy if you want to be exploring Venice every day as we did. However great for relaxing by the sea and the hotel was very modern and i would describe it as a boutique hotel on the beach |

Very kind staff, very helpfull. Well done! We were re-scheduled from a flight from Amsterdam with klm to the next morning. At departure at the hotel we did not have to pay for the night we did not spend at the hotel. That what you call hospitality! The klm may learn from this (no refunding). Very well location as well near the beach. |

Good hotel and friendly staff, although English with some wasn't as good as expected. Room had sea view but you have to ask for that. Room ok generally but carpet had seen better days. Sadly hotel does not really have rights to the beach right outside. It is also 15mins walk to the Venice water bus stop, good if you want a beach hotel in Venice though. Carpet had seen much better days. Abut far Deron the waterbus. |

The hotel was in a very good location on the beach and the bus service runs ever 5 mins into the centre of Lido. It was nice and quiet and ideal for couples or families. |

Staff were very helpful and the location is right on the beach! Unfortunately the pictures are deceiving, shot with a wide angle lens, making the restaurant and rooms look larger than reality. Also, the pictures of the beach show gazebos and umbrellas, which apparently belong to the Excelsior Hotel, not Petit Palais, so you have to walk a few minutes away to get space on the beach. The refrigerator didnt work in the room and the air condition wasnt very cool. |

Localização. O Lido é tranquilo, fora da agitação das adjacências da Plaza di S. Marco Inconveniência do responsável pela recepção (madrugada do dia 16/10/2009) em insistir que havia dado duas chaves do quarto para mim e minha esposa, quando nos foi dada apenas uma chave. |
