Lage im Zentrum sehr gut, unser Zimmer angenehm, Service sehr gut. Vor allem die Bademöglichkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, das ganze Haus gepflegt. Von den Mahlzeiten gefiel uns das umfangreiche Salatbuffet am besten, aber das Frühstücksbufet war auch gut bestückt. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeit war gut. Insgesamt ist Ihr Haus durchaus sehr empfehlenswert.

Personale alla reception poco disponibile e maleducato ed arrogante. Al mio arrivo ho chiesto se era disponibile internet e mi é stato risposto un secco no, mentre invece il collegamento ad internet era disponibile eccome. L'arredamento della camera é molto brutto. Al momento di pagare mi éstato detto "il prezzo di booking é 68€ ma noi facciamo pagare 70€ che é il nostro prezzo standard" (???)....Non torneró sicuramente in questo hotel..per fortuna ho dovuto solo dormirci una notte. Altamente sconsigliato.

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil es eine finnische Sauna gibt und weil der Pool bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist - wir möchten nämlich gerne, nachdem wir gewandert sind in den Pool gehen und nicht tagsüber, wenn man eben einfach etwas anderes unternehmen möchte. Alles kostet extra - Terme, Sauna, Bademäntel, Badekappen, Salzgrotte - wenn man das alles addiert ist das Hotel so teuer wie ein Schweizer 4-Sterne Hotel, in dem eben einfach alle Leistungen gleich in scheinbar höheren Zimmerpreis sind.

Trotz alters des Hotels, sauber und gepflegt. Gefallen hat uns der direkte Thermenzutritt und das man auch am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag kostenlos die Therme benutzen kann.
