We enjoyed the hotel staff abd their professional and friendly attitude The name is resort, meaning it offers some other activities (tenis, horseback riding, bike rentals, etc), which it does not. There seems to be a contradiction between the word resort and what it offers, but it might be our misunderstanding as well |

Rooms in thre dependent building were pretty small, but clean and confortable. Breakfests and dinners were ok. If you don't have a car, this hotel is not good for you, becouse it is outside of the town. The distance from Florence is about 30 minut driving. |

The poistion of the hotel was superb for touring and relaxation The managemnet were a little dour, and you felt as if you were being watched at breakfast. If I had not got a special rate I would have thought this hotel very expensive. |

Breakfast was excellent; the room was very clean and confortable. You can enjoy countryside very near Florence. Difficoult to reach. Tomtom does not recognize exactly the location. I suggest to follow indication on the road as soon as you arrive to Montebonello di Pontassieve |

Mooie locatie en omgeving, stijlvol ingerichte kamer en een zwembad. Goede verbinding met de trein naar Firenze. Vlakbij een mooi dorpje Rufina. Slechte koffie uit het automaat bij ontbijt, dat kan echt niet in Italië. Hoge prijzen in het restaurant (iedereen eet lekker en veel goedkoper in Rufina...) |

Le parc de l'hotel assez grand et bien entretenu, le personnel parle bien français et donne de bon renseignements sur les visites dans les alentours et le resto est assez simple mais de bonne cuisine (cher tout de même!) les chambres sont extrèmement petites (chambre triple) et mal insonorisées. Le système de climatisation n'est pas très optimal puisque ce n'est pas une unité (split) avec soufflerie (utile en été pour le froid) mais un système de réfrigération par les murs, du coup il fait extèmement humide dans la chambre, beaucoup de moisissure sur les murs et les rideaux et le linge (vêtements ou serviettes) est très humide. L'hygiène laisse à désirer, dans la douche le carrelage est noir de moisissure et dans la chambre le ménage est très superficiel pour exemple une paire de chaussure des derniers clients sont restés toute la semaine sous le lit sans que personne ne s'en apperçoive!!! Enfin, la piscine n'a pas été nettoyée de la semaine. |

Bella la struttura e il contesto naturale. Molto bella anche la piscina. La cucina non è granchè. Un rumore assordante domenica (!) mattina per la manutenzione del prato. La camera che avevamo aveva il bagno senza finestra e con un cattivo odore. |

Locatie: zwembad, kamer en omgeving zijn prachtig. Personeel was aardig maar niet flexibel. Voorbeeld: Wij waren met 2 pers. voor het ontbijt. Tafeltje voor vier in de zon mocht niet. Het moest een tafeltje voor twee worden. Jammer maar dat stond in de schaduw en dit tafeltje voor vier personen bleef de gehele ochtend vrij. |
