very good restaurant , very nice staff, great location- next to ski lifts jacuzzi didn't work, hot water in shower was not avialble 24 hr. |

The position opposite the ski lift. Wi-fi in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped This does not deserve its 3* star rating. The rooms are very small and hideously decorated in green and orange paint. The furniture is old, sparse and functional, with no easy chairs only a single folding chair. There was no table - only a non-horizantal shelf. The Sky tv was the only sign of any attempt to modernise the bedroom. |

Gemütliche Inneneinrichtung, familäre Atmosphäre, Frühstück ist ok. In meinem Zimmer befand sich der Spiegel so tief über dem Waschbecken, das man sich zum Hineinschauen beinahe hinknien musste. Abendessen war im Hotel zu meinem Reisezeitpunkt (Mai)anscheinend generell nicht möglich. Das als Ersatz empfohlene Restaurant (5 Minuten Fußmarsch) ist jedoch wirklich empfehlenswert. |

la simpatia dello staff è indescrivibile. Un'accoglienza calorosissima in una temperatura giustamente invernale. Un carinissimo chalet inserito nel ciclo urbano di claviere con stanze ordinatissime, un bagno grandissimo (per me molto importante) e la vista diretta sugli impianti sciistici. La disponibilità dei gestori è stata infinita! |

la situation de l'hôtel au centre de la station. La cuisine. On n'a pas pris en compte nos observations soit une chambre à deux lits, la demande d'une navette bus, pour aller chercher une 3ème personne à la gare qui était prévue dans notre réservation. La désinvolture du personnel pour répondre à certains de nos besoins. Il a fallu renouveler plusieurs fois nos demandes afin d'obtenir satisfaction. |

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten, prijs/ kwaliteit voor de kamer op zich goed. Badkamer was onder een schuin dak en daardoor erg klein, skiberging was niet optimaal en de prijzen bleken op de site niet helemaal te kloppen. Zo kwam er per dag 2 euro bij voor een sateliet verbinding met de tv die we niet eens gebruikten. |

La struttura è un ambiente familiare piccola ma piena di servizi c'è pratimanete tutto.Le camere sono Variopinte ma calde ed accoglienti,lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile ma soprattutto professionale.Il confort del letto la preparazione della camera e l'ottima Cucina e la neve fresca hanno resi questa breve vecanza indimenticabile .Grazie! Difficile trovarli |

Un'atmosfera familiare. Aredamento essenziale,ma funzionale, tranquillità, posizione favorevole, ottimi i confort (Tv lcd, accesso a sky, ottimo ristorante nei dintorni e ottimo il ristorante dell'hotel) Non funzionava il sistema scalda scarponi... |
