Score from 251 reviews Excellent
Staff are very welcoming. Room is nice and cozy. Beds are comfy.
Noise from the street.
Giorgio was so great, checking our jet lagged tired selves in and giving us a quick rundown via the Rome map on his desk on how to get to all the sites via public transport (and where to get the tickets). Rome was very cozy, quiet and clean. Breakfast in the a.m. was perfect and that cup of coffee was excellent!! Our first stop was Pinsere pizza - Via Flavia, 98 just a few blocks from the hotel - wow! great pizza but only open on the weekdays till 4PM. Such an enjoyable stay - thanks!!
Nothing negative to say about the place
The owner is very friendly and speaks good English.
Not easy to find the apartment as there is no obvious signboard.
I liked the location, the value for money, the cleaness, the cute old fashoned building with the modern style hotel. I felt like in a good movie.
One thing - the shower was awful! Please change the shower battery - the thing that puts the water out. It hurted when the strong water stream hit the body!
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The bed was a roll away one. It was not comfortable as I could actual feel the springs in the mattress. May daughter and her husband had a more comfortable bed.
Everything was very nice. The guy on the reception was very kind and he was making great cappuccino. He was always smiling and was happy to answer to all of our questions. The location of the hotel is very good - 5 mins to Termini station.
Good location. Walking distance to metro station (Termini, Republicca). Good coffee every morning :) Famous gelato house at the corner of the street and it's delicious! Good value for money.
close to termini/metro friendly staff great shower
air conditioning not very strong
clean rooms, linen, breakfast, wifi
Air conditioning does not work, fridge was out of order too
Very very friendly and helpful staff! The location was good and it was easy to reach termini or a bus/metro station with a short walk. It is also near to "La Romana", a famous gellateria. Both the room and the public areas of the hotel were generally clean. It was good value for money.
The building was old and the sign of the hotel was not obvious. The lift looked like the one in "Titanic" and it smelled a bit. There was moisture in the bath. The breakfast, although nice, was the same every day. Very small room, although we should have noticed it when we booked it.
Nice and clean rooms!very good breakfast!the owner very helpful and kind!close to the center on foot or by bus!
Very good location, helpful staff, good value for money, free and fast wifi, air conditioning, elevator, easy to find.
No free parking in the neighborhood.
The shower was extremely spacious. Close to Termini station
The A/C control was not an individual unit and did not cool as much as we wanted. Everything in the room shuts off once you retrieve the key from the slot inside the room. Therefore, the A/C and all electronics shut off when you are not there.
Great location, very clean and nice room, great and helpful staff, nice breakfast and perfect cappuccino :) Best value! Grazie Giorgio!
The service was excellent and professional. The location is very central to every thing.
excellent breakfast spread (especially the coffee) warm and friendly host - very helpful clean and neat rooms, very close to bus stop taking you to any tourist site in 5-10 min
nothing in particular
The staff was superfriendly, gave us many tips, even printed out tickets for us. Breakfast was quite good and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The elevator in the building is very old, which wasn't a bad thing for us but a fun experience. The hotel is located near the central train station and other bus stations.
Rooms are a bit small but that's about it.
Loved everything about this quirky little place. The staff/owners were amazing and provided a better customer experience than I've had at many large well known 4/5 star hotels. Exactly what a hotel should be.
Nothing. Absolutely perfect.
good breakfast, very clean rooms, nice furnitured, near to the city center
a little bit small room
The Hotel is well located and is only a short walk (15 min) from the Termini Station. It was very easy to find. It is also close to the Rebublica Metro Station and handy to the main Bus Lines in Rome. The staff were terrific and provided lots of advice on the Rome attractions. The best gelateria in Rome is just down the road. The rooms were good and the breakfast was ok. The Hotel is definitely value for money in Rome and is highly recommended.
A fridge in our room would have been handy and the Wifi signal was a bit patchy.
Nice modern clean room, good breakfast
Rooms are very clean , and although small are very comfortable , the staff are very helpful , and the place has a very homely atmosphere , we really enjoyed our stay .
A more obvious sign outside the building would be helpful , as it's a little difficult to find on arrival .
Nice location, very nice staff
It was clean, it had buffet breakfast (other hotels usually have italian breakfast - a coffee and a croissant), it was comfortable. It was the best choice in this price range regarding the location, breakfast, wifi connection.
We are very pleased with this hotel. The only remark: during our breakfast time, the owner was interviewing some lady for a job there. All the guests could hear the interview as they were walking around. They were talking loud as if they are home. My opinion: guests do not need to hear all these things. Arrange another timing for an interview or go to a separate rooom. Just an advice.
The stuff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good, although not very diversified, but for a few days of stay is good. The location was close to Termini and a few other metro stations, so this was great.
The hotel was hard to find. It's in on a level of a building, but there were no signs outside to indicate where it was.
