Hotel Piazza Bellini    

The location of the hotel and its design are really great. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help for any need.

One minor concern was that because the air conditioning of the room goes off if the key is not in the room (environmental friendly, good), when you go back to the room in a hot day the room is very hot.

The hotel was well-located, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean! It is located near the archeological museum and metro.

Gorgeous, modern, as new hotel with rooms with very high ceilings and huge windows. Great location, terrific breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay and the hotel really is a little oasis in a large busy city.Staff were really helpful nothing was to much trouble.Rooms were unique,modern exceptionally clean.Breakfast all you could want great selection.Enjoyed sitting in courtyard in the evening.Would recomend Hotel Piazza Bellini to anyone.

Lack of a restaurant.Piazza outside full of students drinking and scooters in the evening. Bins in street full of rubbish and graffitti all over walls etc. Did not feel safe leaving hotel in the evening.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is newish and beautiful. Very modern deco. Very clean. The area has a lot of food places. We loved Carmela's around the corner and pizza down from that. There is a dry cleaners ask the hotel for directions. The city of Naples looks very dirty but the people outside the hotel staff are the friendliness people in all of Italy. This is a great base point for Pompeii and the hotel works with a good tour company for tours of Pompeii as well as other places. If in Naples again this would be the only place we would stay.

Fabulous location, 2 blocks from the Archaeological Museum, 2 blocks from Capella Sanservo, l kilometer from the Duomo, and close to the central train station and the airport. The Hotel Bellini is a peaceful and quiet oasis in the center of Naples. We stayed 5 nights, 3 nights in a room with a terrace and view of Vesuvius, and 2 nights in an interior room. Rooms are small, but fully equipped and comfortable. In general the staff was so helpful. We ate at the restaurant next door, La Stanza del Gusto twice, very good food, and at Osteria Carmela three times, around the corner from the hotel, excellent food. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely, good variety.

I made my initial reservation several months in advance, for 3 nights through Booking.com at a good rate. I made a reservation for our final 2 nights directly with the Hotel Bellini, about 7 weeks before our arrival. The second room which did not have a terrace or a view cost 20 Euros more per night than our first room. The staff person would not adjust the rate even though we were guests of the hotel for a total of 5 nights.

Terrible drain small in bathroom got worse through stay. Only encountered 1 friendly staff member that was on reception on arrival, in particular those in breakfast room unfriendly not one spoke to us at all during our stay (not even a smile or a good morning) and were not in any way approachable

The spacious courtyard - great place to have a drink. Large room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

There is no restaurant. It could be a pleasant place to eat if the breakfast room was also a restaurant with tables out in the courtyard.

Lovely hotel in secluded location of old Naples close to National Museum. Big room for 3 with separate sleeping area for my 14 year old son. Delightful courtyard. Lots of nice querky touches.

This hotel is a gem in the middle of Naples. Newly renovated with a great courtyard. Our room was terrific and very comfortable. Close to the Archaeological Museum, the Metro and the old city center. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Napoli.

the piazza Bellini was absolutely fabulous! We stayed for 4 nights, the staff spoke great English and were so helpful, the room was beautiful with a spectacular view ( no 403), the courtyard was perfect for calm evening drinks or breakfast and the location was spot on, just at the end of via Tribunali where all the action happens! The Piazza itself is full of life, beeping horns, shouting etc, but the hotel is an oasis amidst wonderful chaos. One of the loveliest places we have stayed and will remember it forever!

Absolutely nothing!

Location is great, in the very center but in a very quiet place. Nice views from rooms, rooms have balconies. Style and decoration of the hotel is lovely.

I needed an iron and an ironing board during my stay, but it turned out you cannot have it sent to your room. Some kind of weird law in Italy forbids that because of fire safety considerations. As if it would be safer if I brought my own iron with me... Anyway, this is not just something negative about this hotel, as the same applies to other hotels too. I believe, however, that in Italian hotels special equipped ironing rooms must be available to guests in such cases. I am not prepared to pay as for a complete laundry when I only need to cure a couple creases on my shirt having taking it out of the suitcase.

Clean and very close to everything we wanted to see and do

The bedroom was simple but stylish. You could access Wifi and the breakfast was good. Staff always helpful. Setting and seating area outside lovely.

we had a fabulous time in Hotel Piazza Bellini. It has a lovely quirky interior design. It is right in the middle of a lively area of Naples with an abundance of restaurants,bars and pizzerias. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Hotel ideally situated near Piazza Bellini offering a quiet retreat within the bustling city. The friendly staff went out of their way to help, the hotel was fresh and clean, provided extremely comfy rooms, free wifi and an excellent buffet breakfast. Plenty of quality restaurants nearby and Metro within easy walking distance. Would certainly stay here again.

No compliants about the hotel at all but a warning for those travelling by taxi from the airport the fare is not the 30 euros we were charged. Our return trip organised by the hotel was the correct rate of 16 euros.

Staff friendly and helpful. Great position for seeing the sites in Central Naples and eating out in the evening. Good breakfasts. Our room was large and quiet at night.

Helpful and very kind staff, also after a last-minute booking. Nice architecture and amazing contrast between the historical center and the modernity and simplicity of the furniture. Great location in the middle of the Naples "movida".
