the location was great. it was close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to go and the beds are surprisingly VERY confortable
THERE WAS NO SIGNS OR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DOOR BELL AT THE FRONT DOOR. we had no clue that was the entrance of the hotel. we come into rome late and dark. the front door had no signs or door bell we took 5-10 to get in! the reception greed us that night can speak minimal english. i booked for the junior suite and looks smaller then was expect and the shower was awful!!!!!! washroom had a smell all the time bathroom essentials aren't replaced everyday! if ur usual guest of the four season/ st.regis or westin etc. i suggest to stick with them!!!
Perfect location, walked 5 minutes to Campo di Fiero, very comfortable, quiet, secure, beautiful funky decor
The presidential suite is exceptional. The shower, the bathtub (whirlpool) with TV in front of tub, the sauna, the exercice equipment, the large bed, the computer and the mega TV. Coffee and free cold drinks are provided and replenished daily. Rooms are air-conditioned and very well kept. The room has a balcony with view of the plaza Gesu, where we were very fortunate to see the Pope. The two Gentleman working at the desk were really efficient and helpful. The whirlpool didn't work on Sunday morning but was fixed by Sunday afternoon. A special Thank You to Asci and his colleague(sorry I don't remember his name) who works in the evenings (they both define the word service)
The loud neighbours (woman had a very loud voice and had a conversation (screaming) from 2 to almost 5 in the morning) that could be heard through the adjoining door. The smoking also made it through the door. Nobody at the desk at night so it is hard to complain. If it wasn't for the loud neighbours, I would have given a "excellent" for quality of sleep as the bed is very comfortable and you don't hear much of the outside noise. The last morning we reserved a ride to the airport for 8 and by 8:15 had the Lady at the desk call for a taxi because the driver didn't show which worked out good because taxi charges flat rate of 48 euros from town to fiumicino airport (driver costs 60eur for mercedes or 70 if you need a van. Taxi ride was much more pleasant as well (nice driver).
The place is falling apart. The staff is fine but many things in the room didi not work.
Room Location Staff Coffee In Room Felt Secure
WiFi Dropped a lot
Bed and pillows are fantastic! Very modern and clean, very spacious. Staff very helpfull. We needed transport to the airport at 4am which they organised for us and negotiated a better deal as well.
My electronic door key didn't work at one stage which meant I couldn't get back in my room. I got a regular key at reception but if that would've happened at night when reception is closed it could be an issue.
Amazing room and lovely balcony overlooking the church. Staff really helpful and the comfiest best I have slept in yet, couldn't fault it!
We took the largest suite and the family of 4 with 2 adult children comfortably fit in this room. The ceiling is probably 5m high decorated beautifully. Rest of the decor is all modern and pop. Very unique and nice.
Our room had a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, exercise machines and a huge TV. We did not try the sauna and the steam bath. But the jacuzzi is so big that it took forever to fill the water and by the time it filed 1/2 way, the hot water ran out. We were excited about watching a football game on the huge TV in the evening. But it did not work.
Staff were great. Location - central to all touristy things but a fair walk to everything. Good soundproofed windows really helped at night.
Very small room - no room for our bag so we had to keep it in the bathroom! This was supposed to be a 'superior' room? Noise from the reception meant no siestas. One iron/board for all the rooms to share.
staff friendly enthusiastic and helpful. Room beautiful and clean. Located in the middle of everything. I would stay there again without hesitation.
Having to leave and come home.
Quite and modern room Clean Nice staff and they had placed a cold Prosecco in our room Very nice location We can recommend these hotel!
Missed a minibar or fridge
This hotel was so very nice inside and it was walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to see. The hotel staff were so very good to us. If we went back to Rome we would stay there again!
The staff we're excellent & very attentive. One staff member in particular was outstanding, Valentina & a young male that worked the night shift went above & beyond to help with everything. The bathrooms & rooms where great with modern facilities.
The walls in the rooms where a big dirty, they just need a good clean down & the no breakfast thing was not good, at least have some nice pastries & fruit.
The staff were lovely, The location perfect and the rooms were amazing. We had a balcony and the décor was stunning. Couldn't fault the place.
We liked the convenient location and the concept of suites only, not a hotel as such. On arrival, the room looked exactly as it did in the photo, light and airy with tall windows looking on to a square. The decor looked stylish. (Note..round bed takes up less space than a queen size.) Staff were pleasant, with Valentina immediately offering us another room when the air con. was not working, however we chose to stay in the room with a street view. No reason was given why the hotel no longer provides breakfast or vouchers. (this service should not be included in the description) but there is a coffee maker in the passage outside the rooms.
The hotel has only been open for 16 months but appears to be letting itself down by not following up on basic maintenance issues. The walls in our room were scuffed and dirty, needed painting. Despite looking attractive, the decor was impractical. The glass shelf around one of the lamps had obviously been broken and not replaced, therefore there was no bedside table. Storage options in the bathroom were minimal. The fridge was not working and a maintenance man was sent immediately and said he would return with another man to take it out of it's space to check it, but this did not happen - no further explanation. Pillows were solid and heavy - far from luxurious. The glasses in the room were two plastic disposable cups. Every pot plant on each little balcony was dead, small things, but these are "luxury suites." Wifi was quick to start but the password needed to be re-entered frequently. To sum up, expectations were high but the experience did not measure up.
Perfect stay in a presidential room - I love the way the housekeeper refills my mini bar :)
The accommodation is furnished to a very high level, a bathroom to die for and an abundance of space for a family of 4. The staff are very attentive and could not have been more helpful.
There was nothing that I did not like - a real gem.
Location, interior design and the bed. Its really comfortable to sleep.
The taxi recommended by the hotel to the airport charged extra than what was agreed. Its not the hotel's fault but please look into it.
Very large apartment like suite. Main bed very comfortable, shower was super, computer provided was useful, very quiet room, great breakfast that came with our room rate, some of the staff were very kind and caring.
Entrance to the hotel was very odd and not hotel like. The Guest rollaway beds were very hard and uncomfortable, Turkish tub was too large, pretty useless and uncomfortable as was the painful square toilet. It was difficult to figure out how the tv and systems in room worked, the sectional couches were also the hardest couches I ever sat on and there was no way anyone could sleep on them. For some reason they did not include blankets with the bedding. Only sheets. I had to request blankets which they did bring to us.
The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of all the top sights and convienently located on quiet road where a peaceful nights sleep is so easily achieved, especially with the quality of the rooms.Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Couldn't check out properly because no one was at the front desk the whole morning. If you lost the code to enter the door, you would be waiting for hours. Location is also difficult to find.
clean rooms satellite tv everything tidy free coffee perfect location air condition
personell tried to charge me for some minibar items i have not used
No breakfast! not even kettle in the room or anything in the fridge. The shower tray overflowed and destroyed brand new designer handbag as the bedroom was flooded. location is good but you can certainly find better value for money
Well designed and decorated. Rooms were cleaned well. Service was excellent and very attentive. Francisco was great - helped with reservations, helped with breakfast ordering, etc.
Couldn't get the World Cup soccer match on the TV. I could watch my SF Giants baseball game in English, but couldn't get the World Cup. Minor problem. Bathroom jacuzzi spa took 1 hour+ to fill up. The water was very slow.
