The suite is just perfect, very helpfull staff, excelent location, very good value for money, gorgeous bathroom.
The single small minus that could be improved would the wifi connection :)
We had a fantastic stay, the location was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be recommending to all my friends!
The rooms were very comfortable and clean and very nicely decorated. The hotel was situated near all the major tourist attractions such as the Pantheon and The Colosseum. There are many nice shops and restaurants around the hotel which was very convenient.
The entrance to the hotel is very disappointing. When we first entered we were not impressed. The entrance is dark and it almost looks as if you are in an alley.
Great location, so close to shops and all the local sites such as Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious suite, plenty of room for three in the junior suite, good value for money, lovely staff.
Could get a little noisy at night with doors open/windows.
as an (physical) artist it was the best possible solution with the fitness facilities in-room
the location was fantastic. Staff were really friendly.
Internet was terrible (almost non existent). Sky was terrible (pretty much non existent). Quite expensive too not have these services.
Great place with superbly polite and helpful staff
Location was superb. Pantheon and Piazza Navona are under 10 mins walk. Colloseum was around 15 mins. So many good eating places steps from this property. Appreciated the modern design of the bedroom, and the bathrooms were especially impressive. Check-in was painless, and everyone was friendly and very helpful with useful information. It was also nice that this property was very private, with not very many rooms.
Minibar in room barely kept things cold. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, although a capsule coffee machine is accessible behind the reception. Those with heavy/large luggage should know it is 2 flights of stairs to main entrance. A lift is available, but can only be used to go up if accompanied by hotel staff who have a key. Bringing luggage down was fine using the lift.
This place is unbelievably located- in 1 day we saw the Basillica, Navona sq, Pantheon, and Trevi fountain (sadly closed) this considering we got there at 1.30pm and had dinner. The next day we saw the colloseum, Roman forum & Paletine hill before flying back to london at 5pm. The place was gorgeous and clean, there was a great espresso machine and the bath was AMAAAZING. The staff were very kind and held our luggage after we checked out- they were helpful and friendly. I would come back here definitely and I loved Rome. Careful of the pushing into queues though the italians seem to like walking into lines wherever they feel like but its quite funny! ;)
nothing- there were no facilities really but that is tge style of the accomodation in rome so completely normal. Oh anf leaving the hotel was the thing I disliked!! :)
very good location very friendly staff nice decoration
a bit noisy
Great bath area and good location
No sitting area
Awesome shower Comfy bed Free wifi
Wifi kept disconnecting
The location is PERFECT, situated on beutiful Piazza Venezia and 20 min walk to every spot in Rome.
We were upgraded to the presidential suite, and that made the entire experience wonderful.
No receptionist after 11 pm. Internet requires a code every time you access it.
Excellent hotel in great location, everything easily reachable by feet, stunning interior, clean rooms, friendly service. Simply amazing! Can recommend it by all means!
The staff were amazing (Valentina and Francesco - I hope that the names arte correct - were amazing) . I came with my 13 years daughter and needed guidance and they really helped me. The location were great didn't use the bus at all. Highly recommended.
The room is much smaller in real although I have took the upgraded room. No breakfast.
The location is perfectly in the city center. You can really walk to all places. The bed is super good. The best sleep we have in Italy. The room is quite small so need to keep in mind for people who travel with big suitcase.Oh they have Elevator so you do not have to drag your suitcase to first floor. Overall so happy we choose this place as our first stop in Rome.
The location is walking distance from almost everything you want to see in Rome and 20 minutes on foot away from the Vatican city, many restaurants, bars and shops around and near the hotel. the staff was so polite, nice and helpful.
It is just one floor in a building. the reception works only until 10 pm so so you might need to ask them to wait for you if you want to check in late because the building needs a code to be able to enter.
Fantastic stay in amazing location in Rome. Staff very friendly and helpful, room beautifully designed, facilities great.
The room just needs a coat paint as all walls badly scuffed , could even just be cleaned . Needs or table or chest of draws some where to put case etc
the location was great. it was close to all the tourist attractions we wanted to go and the beds are surprisingly VERY confortable
THERE WAS NO SIGNS OR INSTRUCTIONS TO THE DOOR BELL AT THE FRONT DOOR. we had no clue that was the entrance of the hotel. we come into rome late and dark. the front door had no signs or door bell we took 5-10 to get in! the reception greed us that night can speak minimal english. i booked for the junior suite and looks smaller then was expect and the shower was awful!!!!!! washroom had a smell all the time bathroom essentials aren't replaced everyday! if ur usual guest of the four season/ st.regis or westin etc. i suggest to stick with them!!!
Perfect location, walked 5 minutes to Campo di Fiero, very comfortable, quiet, secure, beautiful funky decor
The presidential suite is exceptional. The shower, the bathtub (whirlpool) with TV in front of tub, the sauna, the exercice equipment, the large bed, the computer and the mega TV. Coffee and free cold drinks are provided and replenished daily. Rooms are air-conditioned and very well kept. The room has a balcony with view of the plaza Gesu, where we were very fortunate to see the Pope. The two Gentleman working at the desk were really efficient and helpful. The whirlpool didn't work on Sunday morning but was fixed by Sunday afternoon. A special Thank You to Asci and his colleague(sorry I don't remember his name) who works in the evenings (they both define the word service)
The loud neighbours (woman had a very loud voice and had a conversation (screaming) from 2 to almost 5 in the morning) that could be heard through the adjoining door. The smoking also made it through the door. Nobody at the desk at night so it is hard to complain. If it wasn't for the loud neighbours, I would have given a "excellent" for quality of sleep as the bed is very comfortable and you don't hear much of the outside noise. The last morning we reserved a ride to the airport for 8 and by 8:15 had the Lady at the desk call for a taxi because the driver didn't show which worked out good because taxi charges flat rate of 48 euros from town to fiumicino airport (driver costs 60eur for mercedes or 70 if you need a van. Taxi ride was much more pleasant as well (nice driver).
