The accommodation is furnished to a very high level, a bathroom to die for and an abundance of space for a family of 4. The staff are very attentive and could not have been more helpful.
There was nothing that I did not like - a real gem.
The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of all the top sights and convienently located on quiet road where a peaceful nights sleep is so easily achieved, especially with the quality of the rooms.Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
No breakfast! not even kettle in the room or anything in the fridge. The shower tray overflowed and destroyed brand new designer handbag as the bedroom was flooded. location is good but you can certainly find better value for money
Well designed and decorated. Rooms were cleaned well. Service was excellent and very attentive. Francisco was great - helped with reservations, helped with breakfast ordering, etc.
Couldn't get the World Cup soccer match on the TV. I could watch my SF Giants baseball game in English, but couldn't get the World Cup. Minor problem. Bathroom jacuzzi spa took 1 hour+ to fill up. The water was very slow.
Very friendly staff (thankyou Francesco and Ashi- great location, beautiful facilities.. Fast wifi and very comfortable bed. Definately would recommend this place to stay for your next Roma trip!!!
Charged money in advance and checking out could not provide invoice for the company stating that invoice needed to be requested making a booking. Very noisy in the corridor in the early mornings, seemed like carrying cleaning stuff or sth.
The highlight of PDG suites is the service and the people who work there are really customer service focused. The prosecco on arrival and the fruits the first day were a special touch while the introduction and recommendations on check-in were also appreciated. We travel often and this is the best customer service we have encountered in ages. The location also couldn't be better just down the road from all the important sites and shopping areas in Rome. Very clean, great ventilation/air conditioning system, very modern and new, really comfortable beds. Couldn't ask for better
Very few things we can mention here but internet is one of them. One needs to enter a username and password almost every hour while the internet is really slow. There is room for improvement here. It would also be nice to have a separate shower gel and shampoo (+conditioner) as in most 5 star hotels. But really these are quite minor points
Location was great and the staff were very helpful.
perfect location, friendly and very attentive staff, modern and comfortable rooms. good value for money.
we got a small sized room, fronting the main street thus a little noisy, but they upgraded us the next day to a bigger and quite room at the back, which was perfect.
Very spacious, clean, great location, friendly staff.
No swimming pool.
Valentina and Francesco wereso helpful, arranging airport transfer. Giving directions to great restaurant for dinner and we qere upgraded to a beautiful room and had the best nights sleep since arrivinf in Italy. Great locationandcan't wait to return
Fantastic location with fantastic staff. When we arrived they immediately upgraded us to a room with a balcony as there was a room available. The staff were very helpful and friednly throughout advising us the best places to eat and where the locals hang out (better food, cheaper drinks) The mini bar was the same price as street vendors which made things very affordable. The air conditioning was left on even when you left the room. We were out there during a heat wave (36 degrees) and when we got the room it was always ice cold. Evrything was brand new in the room and the bed was huge and v ery comfortable. Walking:- Pantheon - 10 minutes Vatican - 25 minutes Colloseum - 20 mins Trevi - 15 mins Spanish steps - 20 mins
Comfy Bed, Good location (close to everything & supermarket downstairs)
The shower They had problem with their Sky subscription so was unable to watch the world cup
Very nice rooms, beautiful old building, friendly staff, good price-quality ratio
The front door uses a code. If you forgot to bring that (like I did) and you come back after 2230h (when reception closes), it is impossible to get in...
Everything is so great. The location, the room, the facility. Great great staff, nice, give us a lot of help. Highly recommend is you stay in Rome, amazing experience.
It is as it's name suggests. Luxurious. Good place to come back to after a day of sight seeing. My kids loved the room too. The staff were really very friendly and very helpful. Really had a good experience. If I am in Rome again I would stay here for sure! Location is also good. Everywhere we wanted to go was so easily accessed.
Nothing. Loved it completely.
Great staff and location
This really is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are modern and wonderfully fitted out, with very luxurious, comfortable beds and other furnishings. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff delightful people to deal with. It is very close to Via del Corso and within very easy walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. It is in a very central location. You couldn't want for a more helpful, hospitable and accommodating staff. Margherita and Valentina were absolutely wonderful. On arrival we were greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming drink and that set the tone for the 4 days we spent at Piazza del Gesu' Luxury Suites. We were treated more like friends than paying guest. We missed our flight home and both Margherita and Valentina could not have been more helpful- assisting with phone calls and organising another spectacular suite for us to use. This really is one of the best places we have stayed in- great staff and a great place to stay. Angelo's gelati shop is right next door, which only added to the wonderful experience of our stay in Roma.
There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.
Location of the suites was excellent, clean and cozy rooms, excellent staff and service
Location, room design, amazing ceiling height/look, room comfort/space (suite), staff friendliness & efforts to help with anything.
This level of hotel/room should have better soundproofing (corridor & street noise); WiFi is mostly useless (not consistent with the room high end multimedia set-up), suite listed for 4 adults should be listed as 2+2 extra as the +2 are effectively extra beds in the same space. They've got it 95% right but the 5% miss is a bit of a shame given the efforts put in the first 95%.
Very well appointed room; excellent, friendly staff. A faultless stay.
Perhaps lack of instruction on the tech aspects of the apartment - hifi, sound, sauna, steam room etc.
Staff good and helpful. Good location.
No breakfast in the hotel.
Not the traditional hotel setting but this is very common in Rome especially in the city center (hotel is one floor in a building). Location was good. Staff was very friendly, we were upgraded to a junior suite free of charge. It resulted in a later check in than agreed upon but was worth the wait.
Windows not soundproof and therefore you hear the busy street. The building entrance is quite run down but once you enter the hotel area it is modern and clean. The piazza is not the typical piazza but rather a big corner street so when it says view of the piazza dont ex[ect much. However this did not bother us at all.
Great location, helpful staff, good room
Good location-almost all sights in walking distance, as well as the bus stops. Very helpful and attentive staff. Very good rooms.
Very noisy street, even though the windows are good, still very noisy at night
