A localização O primeiro quarto tinha a casa de banho por limpar, havia vestigios ainda na retrete... O Segundo quarto cheirava a cigarro mesmo apos 4 dias de janelas abertas durante o dia!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Janelas com pouco isolamento dai um ruido enorme da rua impossibilitante qualquer descanço durante a noite. Um preço disparatado para a qualidade de uma pensao de 3 estrelas em Portugal. A casa de banho nao tem janelas e possui um ventilador ridiculo e extremamente ruidoso. Pelas fotografias que tem no Vosso site parecia um hotel, nunca estive num hotel com este preço e este tipo de instalaçoes foi a primeira vez que foi enganado pela Vossa empresa. Retirem-no da vossa lista. Da proxima viagem irei pensar duas vezes antes de recorrer à Vossa empresa... |

otelin konumu çok güzel.Eğer Roma'ya alışveriş için gidiyorsanız bu otel tam size uygun...Ayrıca otel personeli çok kibar...Kendini aile otelinde gibi hissediyorsun. |

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und auf der Etage. Reservation am 16.2.2009:"Superior"-Zimmer mit nicht richtig funktionierender Dusche & WC (Spülungen ca. alle halben Stunden!). Frühstück eher bescheiden. Preis:230 €/T Wir konnten für die 5.+6. Nacht das grössere, funktionierende Zimmer meines Bruders beziehen (sein Preis: 210 €/Tag). Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr wählen. |

El enclavamiento, que esta en el centro histórico y de facil comunicacion No funcionaba la calefacción del cuarto de baño y ni me lo arrreglaron, aunque lo dije cada dia en recepción ni me dieron algún aparato alternativo. La habitación era muy pequeña y claustrofóbica. El hotel no tenía ninguna sala aletarnativa para poder estar, solo una en la misma recpecion en la cual no funcionaba bien la televisión. El desayuno muy flojo. |

Atendimento dos empregados. No que se refere a quarto standart, a diferença de um para o outro foi muito grande, tive que trocar de quarto. Sugiro que solicitem aos hoteis que forneçam a voces, informações mais precisas. |
