Apartment was spotless, so warm, great facilities. Location was perfect and is a very safe complex. Would definitely recommend this spot.
Location & facilities
the room is spacious and the facilities are complete , location really near to public transports and shopping area. The staff are very cooperative and friendly , you could always ask for assistance during your stay.
There is a renovation going on next door to our room. So it gets noisy during the day.
Quiet location. Our late arrival wasn't a problem. Heating and lights on on arrival. Comfortable bed. Staff looked after luggage on last day, booked taxi etc for airport. Generally they made us welcome and we enjoyed our stay.
No English TV channel. Info book has wrong door number for supermarket.
it was a perfect place for us, a family of 4. Nice staff. Very clean and great location!!!
Very clean room and wide space.
Very expensive but I felt lacking of hospitality, for instance, there was only 2 toiletpaper for 4 people for 4 night. In my case, short of that in the night, after 6:30 pm nobody was there, how should we do? Should have gone to supermarket to buy toiletpaper in the night? Also there was laundrymachine but nothing laundry detergent, I needed to buy unintended big one. Firstly looking at very nice room but sooner found lacking of something important.
location, wifi, spacious, might be a bit cold in winter for the lady. for me it was perfect
the staff are great, though located in two offices, one under the apartment which often is not open. the other office is a mystery since couldn't find it at all.
The apartment is located on Via Margutta which is directly connected to the main shopping streets in Rome, Via Del Corso. This apartment is centrally located and is easy to navigate. It is very near to monuments such as the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It provided plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen amenities and bathrooms are clean and efficient. The bedrooms were also cozy and had vast closet space. The apartment's security is excellent and they've even provided a safe to store our precious belongings.
Although the location is superb, on the weekends and at night, it gets very busy and hectic to travel back to the apartment. Unfortunately, despite the modern toilet facilities, the bathroom's shower leaked through the corridor during our stay, but only if taking long showers so it wasn't much of a problem to us.
Tidy and comfortable and was beautifully presented. Perfect location for ease of walk to all locations.. Spanish Steps etc. Best welcome we received in all of our trip. Mia was delightful and very helpful on where to go and gave a map and directions. Couldn't ask for more.
All was perfect!
Fantastic apartment in a fabulous location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will be back soon!!!!!!
great, responsive staff. very clean and comfortable. great location -- we loved being on the street where joe bradley (gregory peck) lived in "roman holiday"! convenient to everything.
the hallway shower leaked. some of the plumbing attachments seemed shoddy.
Location fantastic Nicely furnished flat Generally a very good experience
No plug for the bath-tub Too few shelves in the wardrobe "As appears from the above, the minusses are definately of a minimal importance!
The location just in the heart of Rome. The kindness of the staff. The cleanliness of the flat. WiFi working very well and without having to enter the ID and Pw at every connection.
The quality of light in the apartment was great, with windows that can be opened. It is private and quiet, so its good for a writer/researcher. Staff were extremely helpful when needed.
There is no telephone in the apartment, so if you need to make many calls, it can be expensive using an OS cell phone.
Excelent location Very clean Excelent for Children Very nice service
Location is just 300m from villa Borgese public park and 600m from Spanish steps, with metro station Spagna giving very goog possibilities to visit places that are a bit far away to walk to (e.g. St. Paul outside the wall). Otherwise all major places of interest is in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen has all facilities you may wish. Via Margutta is a nice calm street with lots of small art shops. Grocery store (Carrefour) is nearby, so you can choose between dining at nearby restaurant or cooking yourself. We booked the apartment in low season, so we got 36% discount; otherwise it's a bit too expensive (not for Rome may be)
Our apartment was on the ground floor and probably because of that humidity was rather high. We had to turn on the heater despite the temperature outside was 18-20C. Also our windows looked on the small lane used by nearby restaurant (La Babetta?). It was a bit noisy around 8 a.m., and my wife complained that they spoiled her morning sleep. For me it was not a problem
The terrace The location
Finding the management when we arrived. Having our bedroom located above a very busy Resturant's kitchen
Nothing to complain about. What an absolutely charming apartment in an absolutely wonderful part of time. Already recommended it to friends and I know I will be back. The staff were simply wonderful.
The cleanliness, the space, the facilities. Room overlooked courtyard so though no view, was very quiet. As solo female traveller, felt very safe, too. Very nice, helpful staff.
Had early starts and was not equipped to self cater, so lack of breakfast on premises was a draw back.
The large terrace was wonderful for leisurely breakfast every morning and evening cocktails before heading out for dinner.
The pod coffee machine was lousy but you can get a fine latte from the restaurant (Babette) below.
Location, just perfect, near all places to visit, bike rental nearby and main shopping streets1 min by foot Friendly staff, very flexible with check out time Restaurant Babette in the courtyard, very practical Well equipped kitchen, almost any cooking possible
The flat did smell cigarette during the whole stay which was really annoying. Although it is a non smoking flat people has smoked before and we did not manage to get the smell away nor did the staff :-( Apart from that I can highly recommend this place and would definitely go again
I really loved having the extra space that an apartment has as opposed to hotel. The location was perfect for us. Great sites, restaurants, shopping, taxi stand, 5 churches within blocks, bankomat (atm), park, EVERYTHING within easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent (expensive, though) The elevator was always available.I would definitely stay there again. I felt very safe and the safe worked well too.
The apartment did not have any paper towels for the kitchen or any towels for the kitchen. We were short on toilet paper - ran out even. The shower really was the worse part of the apartment. The water did not drain out of the tub - the tub is so narrow you wouldn't even think of sitting in it. The device that holds the shower head was broken and we had to hold it as we took showers. We did complain and it was fixed but not on the day we complained. Also, the wood floors are beautiful but there are no floor mats and I hate to climb into bed with out wiping my feet off.
- the location was great, just in piazza del popolo - the building where the apartment is situated is great - nearby supermarkets
- food not so great around the apartment, especially in the touristic places
Location was fantastic. Bed comfortable and will surely go there again. Everything perfect.
