Occupying a beautiful 19th-century building, the hotel is in the center of the Eternal City, just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the wonderful Fori of Imperial Rome.

Hotel Adriano is in an elegant 17th-century building in central Rome, a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon and the shopping street Via Del Corso. Rooms are stylish and air-conditioned.
Score from 1105 reviews Very good
Lovelyapart Rome has independent apartments in different buildings in the historic center of Rome. Some units are near the Spanish Steps, and some in the area near the Colosseum.

great location, great Polish cleaning lady Agnieszka and super receptionist Magda
Very cozy, good location and frendly people! For one star hotel it was perfect.
Staff was vey kind. Clean room. Good breakfast. Hotel is at central position. Happy hours free drink.
No wifi at room. Only at loby.
Nice staff,very friendly and helpful.
Not a quiet location, to noise and busy streets until late night.
I liked the location, I also liked the staff, they were very friendly and ready to help at any time. There is also an airport service, were you can rent a private car and pay a driver 48€ to drive you directly to the airport. Adrian was our driver, he was extremely friendly, and he kind of worked as a sight seeing guide on the way!
I didn't like the breakfast at all. The boiled eggs weredefinitely not fresh, the yellow part was starting to turn green like easter eggs. The girl in the kitchen who prepares everything and cooks coffee is extremely friendly though!
You had to go to the lobby to use the wi Fi
The location was very good, close to colosseum and Termini station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. I would defiantly stay there again.
The room was a little noisy but it was excepted due to the location. There was no internet connection in the room.
The location was perfect and our room and ensuite was spotless. The reception staff were lovely and the Romanian girl who served breakfast in the quaint little dining room was so nice and always had a smile for everyone.
The lift!! If you don't have a ten cent coin on you you have to climb the stairs....and believe you me, after a day sightseeing the last thing you need is to climb a few flights of stairs! So always make sure you have a few ten cent coins handy! Also no English speaking tv stations!!!!
location can't be beat.cleanliness was amazing.breakfast substantial and quality beyond reproach.
Location was good.
The bathroom had a bad mouldy smell. As it says there is only internet in the lobby, which is down the street. Every other place I have stayed in the last 3 years has had internet in the room. The "satellite tv" only had about 6 free channels which worked.
Staff was helpful. Had two separate bookings, first room ok, second not good.
location noisy, shower to small. bathroom was a small closet
Location, building, staff, breakfest
No internet in the room
Nice rooms Comfortable beds Very clean sheets and towels Very helpful, friendly and accommodative staff
Poor breakfast No wifi in rooms -only at reception desk
great location. freindly and clean
The accommodation is in a separate building from the hotel reception and lounge area. There is no wifi in the accommodation building so you need to go to the lounge area which is located about 20m down the road. Wifi should be available in your room. The room where breakfast is available is extremely small and difficult to move around in. There is not enough room for the breakfast goods to be displayed on a table in the room so it is located on a stand in the entrance door way.
OH MY GOODNESS OUR STAY THERE WAS FABULOUS AND THE STAFF IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! HELPED UP WITH EVERYTHING. WE LOVED IT AND JUST DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR EVERYTHING THEY SUGGESTED. HOPE WE GET TO RETURN TO ROME ONE DAY.
Great location, safe, helpful & friendly staff. Good value for money.
Wifi was only available at the Reception area. This was a serious disadvantage for me but it's the only negative aspect from my stay.
Picasso was great choice.
This is the second time i stayed in this hotel. Location of the hotel is great. You can walk almost all attractions of Rome. The staff of the hotel are helpful. Breakfast is enough. I can recommend Hotel Picasso if you are looking for a clean hotel with a good price in the center of Rome.
There is no wi-fi in the rooms.
The hotel is very clean and de location is super. It's located on the edge of the city center on walkin distance of the central station. Due to its location there are very good unexpensive restaurants nearby.
Everything of the hotel is a bit small and there is no Wifi in the hotel itself. You need to go to the check-in place (one street ahead).
I really liked the location as the hotel is close to the termini station. The room was clean and every single day it was tided up. Continental breakfast was tasty. The attentive staff left a good impression, they speak English quite well. It is a really good value for money. Besides, I also got the second blanket (it is always cold for me) as requested, and they even put the electric radiator in my room.
It is pity that the Internet is only in the reception area which is in the other building nearby.
Location was quite central, staff were friendly. Within walking distance of Termini station.
Reception quite far from hotel (around the corner). Our first floor room didn't keep out the night lights or the noise from the road.
