Hotel conveniently placed for all major attractions and readily in walking distance and in walking distance to the station. Room was overlooking busy road and hotel tended to be very noisy at night from traffic, despite shutters and curtains. Fortunately I had earplugs with me so this lessened the problem however had I been staying any longer then I would have asked to be moved. |

The place is very clean, and the staff helped us a lot during our stay. Breakfast is really good! It's not so far from the main station, so you can go walking. Just about the double room, it's two beds together, I dunno if there is anything different in Europe, but in Brazil two bed is cheaper that one bed for two persons. |

Rooms were clean and the location is near to the city centre and railwaystation (SMN). Breakfast was nothing special but fresh! Furniture a bit oldish. Some rooms were noisy according on our experience. |

the room is big and well air conditioned which is very important because it is very hot outside.breakfast is quite good for 1 star hotel. we can sleep well well, the price was very good despite that the room might not be well swept since we found that it was very dirty and sticky.we have to always clean our daughter's feet and hands there |

Good value for money. Size of room. Nice Tuscany shutters and a view of the square. With a bit of investment that hotel could easily move into another league. Outside the room, the reception was good and the breakfast excellent by Italian standards - much more in line with hotel standard. If you need somewhere to lay your head for the night, within walking distance of Florence this hotel is entirely adequate. Expect a very basic standard of accommodation in the room. Ex-hostel really sums up the room quality. |

The hotel staff is very helpful and provide tourist info voluntarily. We booked a room for 3 pax and the air condition is working well. Served only simple breakfast but still good to have fruits. |

Not much! Maybe the location, although there were hundreds of other hotels in just as good of a location! This hotel was disgusting! The walls and floors were so dirty that I could not let my daughter walk on them. It was old and tiny. I would not call it a hotel it is more like a hostle with your own bathroom. The air conditioning buzzed loudly every half an hour. The bed was extremely hard with old lumpy pillows. I would recommend that you stay anywhere else and not here! |

This hotel to close to everything. The room was very clean the various receptionist were helpful and breakfast was the typical italian continental breakfast which includes fresh fruits, juices, breads, pastries, cheese, salami and yogurt. The bed was a spring bed which made noises when ever you make any slight movement. |

It was the cheapest hotel i found in Florence. There was no information, that you cannot park the car anywhere around the hotel, what is more, it is impossible even to drive near to take your luggage not entering the limited trafific zone in Florence. And the parking garage was 25euro for 1 day! Horrendous... I'd prefer to pay this 25euro more for a hotel with a private parking! |

Very simple but good hotel. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and lift that leaves from the first florr, so you dont need to carry your bags on the stairs!! In general a good place to stay. Its rather 15 minutes from the station and not 5. |
