Piccola Caracas B&B

Very nice, warming people there. one day we was to late for the breakfast, the staff wait for usfor to serve the breakfast at 11.15 a.m. this means a 1******, Hotel is close to the centrum, enough place for to park the car.

New and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to La Madia, the best restaurant in Sicily.

The man who was at the desk (probably the owner) was fantastic and re-opened the B&B when we arrived late (we got lost along the way), he was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very modern and clean and we had a computer with free wifi in the room.

Licata itself does not look like a nice area

Superb interior decoration in a cool, relaxing setting. Excellent taste in every tiny detail, resulting in a truly luxurious experience. Functional furniture, which includes a pc with internet access and lcd tv. You couldn't possibly hope to find such a refined place near Licata. From there you can walk right up the street and find a traditional "forno" where you can order your custom pizza then head for the lively city center.

The neighborhood might seem scary at first, but it's totally ok. Just park outside and it wil be fine. I found the check-in time a bit restrictive, maybe that could be improved.

The b&b is very clean.The room are very nice and well equiped. We were warmly welcomed.

Newly decorated rooms. Really lovely, clean, great bathroom. Room was upgraded for free as there was an bigger room available. Fab breakfast, lovely pastries. Cheerful and friendly staff.

V hotelu jsme přespali jednu noc na cestě po Sicílii v jednolůžkovém a dvoulůžkovém pokoji. Oba pokoje byly perfektně vybaveny včetně počítače s internetem, zařízení je nové, krásné a velmi účelné, čistota vynikající. Personál byl ochotný, snídaně jednoduchá, avšak zřejmě odpovídající standardu B+B. The hotel we stayed one night on the way to Sicily in single and double rooms. Both rooms are perfectly equipped, including computers with internet access, the device is new, beautiful and very practical, excellent cleanliness, parking without problems. The staff was helpful, breakfast is simple but seems appropriate standard B + B.

Hotel jsme poněkud obtížně hledali, je trochu daleko od centra města (asi 15 minut chůze), okolí nepůsobí bezpečně a není zde výtah (bydleli jsme ve 3.patře). Hotel we were looking somewhat difficult, it is a bit far from the center (about 15 minutes), safe neighborhood does not and there is no elevator (we lived on the 3rd floor).

Si tratta di una struttura di pregio, dove la mano dell'architetto trapela da tutti i pori. Confortevolissima! Accoglienza moolto premurosa. Il Signor Salvo si fa in otto per aiutare, agevolare, suggerire. Degna della massima attenzione da tutti i viaggiatori.

Classificarlo b&b è veramente poco! Di gran lunga superiore anche ad alcuni hotel 4 stelle, piuttosto almeno lo classificherei un hotel boutique o un piccolo hotel di charme. Eccellente in tutto, i proprietari, la struttura, le camere ed i bagni, per non parlare degli accessori, mobili, pc in camera, wi fi eccellente, sanitari di lusso, lampade e sedie della kartell.

Purtroppo l'unica nota negativa è il contesto, il paese oltre alle spiagge non ha nulla di bello ma basta arrivare alla Piccola Caracas per rimanere quasi a bocca aperta! Complimenti

une localisation loin du centre de la ville et difficile à trouver, dans une petite rue.

Non fatevi scoraggiare dal contesto cittadino in cui è situata questa bella struttura, recentemente restaurata, con architetture e arredamento di design e gestita dal titolare con garbo e disponibilità. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e dotate di PC con connessione internet. Buona anche la colazione e da non trascurare la facilità di parcheggiare.

Alles ist sehr modern, funktional und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Der junge Inhaber und seine (auch deutsch sprechende) Mutter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für`s Abendessen erhielten wir vom Chef einen prima Tipp für ein Restaurant ( im alten Bahnhof), wo wir ausgezeichnet und sehr preiswert frischen Fisch genießen konnten.

Rapport qualité prix. Fraicheur

In der nicht so touristischen Stadt Licata hatte ich nicht mit einem solch guten b & b gerechnet. Das Piccolo Caracas befindet sich in einem reinen Wohngebiet abseits des hecktischen Treibens auf der Durchgangsstraße (Via Palma) und ist durch ein Hinweisschild gut zu finden. öFfentliche Parkplätze stehen genügend zur Verfügung. Das b & b befindet sich in einem völlig renovierten Haus, das mit modernen Designelementen ausgestattet wurde. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang durch die Besitzer wurde mir mein Zimmer gezeigt, daß mich auf Anhieb wegen seiner modernen Einrichtung (U. A. lcd-tv/pc an der Wand) sehr ansprach (Kostenloser Internetzugang). Ein kleines, aber sehr geschmacktvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit modernem Bad (alles sehr gepflegt und sauber). Auch der Frühstücksraum, der aus einer Küchenzeile und einigen Bistrotischen besteht, ist relativ klein, aber funktionell. Das Frühstück besteht aus einigen frischen sowie verpackten Produkten aus dem Supermarkt. Den Caffe kann sich der Gast mit einer Pad-Maschine selbst machen oder auch servieren lassen. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich für cena einen sehr guten Tip für ein Fischrestaurant in der Nähe. Mein Fazit: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes b & b !!!

La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata con molto gusto, l'arredamento sia delle camere che degli spazi in comune è bello e funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato che in stanza avessimo un PC con connessione a internet e anche che ci fosse la rete wi-fi. La posizione non è centrale, tuttavia avendo l'auto ci è risultato comunque comodo, anche per la facilità nel trovare parcheggio.

nel bagno mancava il bidet (nella stanza "fuoco" in cui abbiamo alloggiato)
