Restaurant service and food were excellent. Shuttle service was very useful. Accommodation was just right.
Restaurant and bar not being open on Sunday.
The shuttle service, always on time and available for special transports (out of schedule), the staff is quite friendly and willing to help in any request.
The breakfast is good, but it would be good if they change it more often.
Staff were brillaint Location near to metro and shuttle idea value for money
in process of building a spa - will be good once done
Third time for us here. Hard to compare because for the first time we didn't come during the summer. Breakfast was very good. Frankly we don't understand why people complain about noise from airplanes as we never heard them from our room.
I sent an email a few days before our arrival in order to book the transport to Ciampino airport but the receptionist that was on duty the evening we arrived (new employee) said that it wasn't possible. This was upsetting news as it meant we would have had to take an expensive taxi that following morning (08:00). We thought we wouldn't come here anymore until the following morning, when his colleague finally said there was no problem for the shuttle. So yes, we might come back after all. + Rooms need some minor maintenance.
Friendly staff Shuttle driver is very kind and helpful Cappuccino Dinner food Shuttle service
Breakfast - the same hot food everyday
*Very Freindly and helpful staff *Excellent Food *Free Shuttle to Metro Station *Spacious Room and Bathroom *Very Clean *Free Wifi * Powerfull shower with plenty of hot water
* Could have done with a duvet rather then just a blankets as we stayed in Jan and was a little cold * Resturant not open on Sunday Evenings ( but VERY nice and reasonably priced resturant just at the end of the road - Paradiso Terrestre) * Shuttle to metro could be a little more regular around early evening times.
Good breakfast and restaurant
On airport landing path, but active only in daytime.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Good price, good location if you rent a car, free parking.
But this time the room badly smelled a cigarette smoke. And the wifi was very poor, we had to reconnect all the times. Sometimes we just coudnt get a signal although stayed opposite the reception.
its a paradise….
to much close to the airport ….every morning early its impossible to sleep…airplane noise veeeery hight
Just for one day; perfect nearby airport; great location; nice room; great service! Tx Erik
Good campus to take a break. I was here for short time but the place is intended for week or longer holydays. Looks great, there is private parking, lots of space and looks beautifull.
A bit difficult to find. Even with sat nav. Please put some really exact GPS coordinates and directions as the surrounding streets are not well described in the navigator's map. I'm using the latest one. People are complaing about noise from the airplanes but at night there are no flights at all so it's actually not really a problem.
Cleanless of suite, location and comfort
Breakfast very poor
The hotel was decent for the price. There was a shuttle which was helpful given the distance of the hotel.
The distance of the hotel.
The use of the pool
As a solo traveller I found the distance from my room to the restaurant a little uncomfortable in the evening.
Everything was great-room very clean, breakfast delicious, personel really friendly, free parking, nice hotel... Ideal for families with small children.
Tourism season was ended, so i guess we were the only guests there. At least we didn't see or hear anybody else. Nice yard, relaxing zone with pool, beautiful buildings, perfect room to every small detail, buffet breakfast table was served just for two of us.
Really nothing negative to say. Maybe it was hard to find, but it was google maps fault (it showed similar adress 13km away)
It does look like the pictures. The rooms are nice
The noise! The poor quality sleep! How can you enjoy anything after 1 hour 30 mins sleep?!
Quiet, nice looking hotel. Free parking. Firm bed.
Mosquitos. Out of the way. It was difficult to get to tourist areas in central Rome.
Close to the Airport and easy to reach the centre of Rome via Curtesy Bus and Metro (25 minutes) and the hotel is set in peaceful surroundings
Only one english channel on the TV and that was CNN news. When I checked before booking it said full SAT TV.
Value for money, clean, free shuttle service to nearest Metro station and, considering it's close to Ciampino airport, the rooms are also relatively quiet.
Everything: clean, modern place with very nice pool and good restaurant; friendly staff, great shuttle service to and from metro; beautiful area next to a running/cycling park of ancient ruins; secure parking at the hotel; discounted price for off season stay.
The AC was controlled by the front desk with a central ventilating duct for all the rooms on that side of the hotel and since we were in mid October, they would turn off the air even though the temperature in the room was at 27 degrees. Complaining had a no effect and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I had to pull the thermostat off the wall and change a dip switch setting to activate the AC but only to about 24 Celsius; opening the patio door helped drop the temperature but amplified the airplane noise overhead that started around 07:00, as the hotel is just a few miles from Ciampino airport.
Very nice hotel and pool
bar and restaurant are managed by the same team. Too small team to manage both. wifi doesn't reach all rooms, far from that. We were 3 colleages in 3 rooms, only one of us had wifi.
Sitting by the pool with a cold drink after along and hot day in Rome
One member of the reception staff who was unhelpful ,arrogant and rude that is the guy with the beard, also the beds were very narrow although very comfortable
it was good value for money and amenities were relatively accessible. shuttle to the train station helped a lot.
half the staff didnt know how to speak english so conversations were limited to a sentence or two. planes flying over the hotel was a bit noisy.
