Piccolo Hotel  

molt bona situació, hotel molt cèntric amb tots els llocs a visitat molt a prop, habitacio no gaire gran amb wc i tot molt net

tot perfecte! només diria que per pujar a l'habitació no hi ha ascensor, però no és un gran problema

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Comfort and service is minimal. Extra charge for additional towels and pillows.

it feels like a home in this hotel. the staffs are friendly.

the thin blankets in our bed on winter nights made us freezing at night. later in the next morning we found the extra blanket in the cupboard. well, it would've been better if the extra blanket was properly set on the bed on winter :)

Well for the price and the location, I think it was a very good bargain. The room was acceptable and the lady at the reception was very helpful.

Nothing really major, just that the WiFi service in the room was very poor and I had to go down at the reception to get a better signal

Exellent location:ten minutes walk to the center of the city.Good attitude of personnel.Clean and originally decorated room.

The room was very spacey, nice decoration and clean. the staff can speak english and friendly.

1stly, the air conditioning was not functioning. probably during night or early morning, the air conditioning was not really useful because the weather is quite cold but not during daytime when it was hot (summer). Furthermore, I have to open the window which insects can enter the room plus can hear people talking and laughing loudly from other rooms. 2ndly, the bed is not very comfortable. but then, still ok for me since we are using it for few hours in a day. overall, i will stay at this hotel again subject to the aircond.

The location was great, close to Il Doumo and Piazza della Signoria. The staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us with the reservation for the Academia and Uffizi tickets by phone.

la comodità della posizione,vicinissimo al centro,e la tranquillità dell'hotel..ottimo posto per un weekend in tutto relax

non penso siano proprio aspetti negativi,ma sicuramente potrebbero rendere migliore il soggiorno in hotel:nel bagno mancava il piatto doccia e non funzionava l'apiratore(il bagno non ha la finestra);la colazione non molto varia,ma buona

Ottima posizione, lo staff è estremamente gentile e la colazione più che discreta, anche la camera era di dimensioni vivibili. Tutto molto semplice ma nel complesso piacevole

La pulizia del bagno non era granchè con tutto un contorno di polvere sulle piastrelle a parete, la tavoletta del vater era rotta e solo appoggiata e la ventola di aspirazione non funzionava. Il letto era di qualità scadente, con materasso e rete tipo amaca.

Un hotel 2 stelle con servizi da 4 stelle !!! siamo stati benissimo molto grazioso, camere grandi ben arredate con gusto . Prima colazione continentale fai da te ma buona e c'e' tutto quanto per iniziare bene la giornata. Giusto il bagno risulta essere freddo perche' la finestra ha spifferi ( stanza N. 4 ) l albergo e' nella zona del centro non si puo' sostare con la macchina piu' di tanto e non c e' parcheggio ma si trovano posti facilmente. A due passi dai monumenti e dal mercato domenicale antiquariato san lorenzo al parco della fortezza. Siamo stati bene e speso poco , staff gentile e premuroso. Grazie di tutto !

Il bagno della stanza N.4 e' freddo forse la finestra ha spifferi e non si riesce a scaldare bene l ambiente

Livello b&b mantiene quello che promette, niente di eccezionale, da migliorare la struttura.......

Номера темные и пропахшие плесенью. На завтрак разрешено пить не более двух чашек горячего напитка. Завтраки убогие. Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству обслуживания и предоставляемым услугам.
