Large room, wifi connection.

Bad local (far from the train station and the centre) unfriendly reception, terrible staff (the shower in our room didn't work), no clean during our stay, the room is very cold in winter, only cash for checking out, no lift, and the most important: the check in time is too early (before 19:00), their telephone number doesn't work.

the beds were metal framed, the bathroom very small and really only section of the bedroom so all noise could be heard, very small and also no shower tray only a curtain, so floor all wet afterwards

Staff were very helpful, room was good, locality good, breakfast good. Great vaule for money, would recommend. Will go back

excellent location, nice personnel.

But there are steep steps after the front door, if you have heavy bags it is a challenge. check in only until 7 p.m. - drawback for those coming at night.

It had a nice location close to the central station and all the main sights.

The room was small and air conditioning was only available for extra charge. They don't have 24h reception, it is a little uncomfortable.

There was a mistake with our reservation so there was no room for us, but they sent us to a sister hotel a couple of blocks away. They were really nice and helpful about finding us another room, and it was tiny but very cute.

The location was nice - close to Duomo, Mercato Centrale and some other spot. Not that far from central station as well. Breakfast was basic and simply enough.

It would be nice if staffs were more friendly. (They never smiled to us except the owner) There was free Wi-fi in public area, but you can use in your room if you're luckily close to the front desk.

camere non molto isolate, quindi si sentono i rumori. Deposito bagagli scritto nel sito e poi non fornito. Se la sera capita che ci sono rumori forti non si può dirlo a nessuno perchè alle 19 vanno via tutti dalla reception.

Ottima posizione, lo staff è estremamente gentile e la colazione più che discreta, anche la camera era di dimensioni vivibili. Tutto molto semplice ma nel complesso piacevole

La pulizia del bagno non era granchè con tutto un contorno di polvere sulle piastrelle a parete, la tavoletta del vater era rotta e solo appoggiata e la ventola di aspirazione non funzionava. Il letto era di qualità scadente, con materasso e rete tipo amaca.

Un hotel 2 stelle con servizi da 4 stelle !!! siamo stati benissimo molto grazioso, camere grandi ben arredate con gusto . Prima colazione continentale fai da te ma buona e c'e' tutto quanto per iniziare bene la giornata. Giusto il bagno risulta essere freddo perche' la finestra ha spifferi ( stanza N. 4 ) l albergo e' nella zona del centro non si puo' sostare con la macchina piu' di tanto e non c e' parcheggio ma si trovano posti facilmente. A due passi dai monumenti e dal mercato domenicale antiquariato san lorenzo al parco della fortezza. Siamo stati bene e speso poco , staff gentile e premuroso. Grazie di tutto !

Il bagno della stanza N.4 e' freddo forse la finestra ha spifferi e non si riesce a scaldare bene l ambiente

Livello b&b mantiene quello che promette, niente di eccezionale, da migliorare la struttura.......

Номера темные и пропахшие плесенью. На завтрак разрешено пить не более двух чашек горячего напитка. Завтраки убогие. Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству обслуживания и предоставляемым услугам.
