Just Great!

The great location, 4 minutes from the Vatican, 2 minutes from St Angelo's Castle and 7 minutes from Piaza de Espagne. When we arrived I thought about getting the Roma Pass but we just decided to walk everywhere. Real great location with what you need for a city visit. Staff is good, spend most of their time on facebook but if you interupt them they'll give you all the help you need. Room was spacious even with 2 extra beds inside, shower is a little tight but served perfectly. Free internet in the rooms, great because the tv sucks so you can either watch tv on line or download a few movies.

Not a complaint but what they should invest in are some flat screen TV's in the rooms and a better choice of channels (nothing in any other language besides Italian - good thing I took my lap top so my daughter could watch tv through the internet. Breakfast, great coffee but no fresh bread or cold cuts, very very very basic. Dried toast, packed croissants, jam and butter.

The location was ideal, the nearest Metro station being Lepanto. A lovely restaurant at the end of the road called ' raf ' which did lovely pastas and salads and a great litre of house red cost only 10 euros. 5/10 minutes walk to Castel St Angelo, Vatican, Spanish Steps. Very quiet at night and although the beds were a bit hard we would stay there again as the location was great. Breakfast was help yourself and take it to your room and although it was very basic (everything in packets) it was a start to the day and saved money on having breakfast out. The best thing about Piccolo Imperiale was that they organised a taxi to pick us up at the airport which cost 45 euros. The service was excellent and we did the same on the way back. It saved so much time and hassle.

The only slight downside was the chambermaid. She was overly friendly, we couldnt get away from her - in fact she was pushy. It was obvious she wanted us to help her on her much talked about move to London! I'm afraid it got to the stage where we had to be rude and try to avoid her which was difficult as pounced on us at every possible occasion. Hopefully she will have moved on when we go back next year!

Its location was very convenient,just next to the river and very near to the centre of Rome,Via del Corso.The room is spacious, the bathroom is ok.If someone goes only for work and walking all day outside,it's very convenient.

It's not a hotel, it's a guesthouse,that means no reception,no lobby, no breakfast room.The breakfast is very poor and it is very difficult to find the hotel,due to the lack of indications, not even one!

La courtoisie du personnel était impeccable. J'ai reçu beaucoup d'informations très claires et pratiques sur les "facilities" aux alentours.

Tout était bien. Il serait très utile de disposer de détails pratiques (petits dépliants, cartes de visite, etc...) pour appeler un taxi à tout moment en cas de besoin.

хорошее уютное место с тихой улочкой с отдельным входом в отель . впрочем это второй этаж здания который полностью принадлежит гостинице мило и уютно . зато вам предоставлена кухня-буфет где вы сами можете перекусить или приготовить себе завтрак и все это для вас круглосуточно . хороший Wi-fi у вас в номере код доступа в гостиничной папке имеется, в номере кондиционер ,телевизор тоже имеется конечно все каналы местные ,мини холодильник ! вода горячая всегда без перебоев это роскошь для отеля в италии ! окно выходит в тихий дворик . в 30 метрах остановка шатлл автобусов которые курсируют в аэраппорты италии расписание есть в гостинице .карта туриста и достопримечательности лежат на столике у входа. все супер было и погода и сама италия !!!!!

Ottima posizione e bell'edificio

Molto buona la posizione. Metro a 500 metri. Stanza molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Accoglienza cortese. Molto simpatica la possibilità di portare la colazione in camera e praticamente senza limiti di orario. Check out comodo alle 12

Unica particolarità: la richiesta di saldare il conto in anticipo appena arrivati.

Excelente: La atención, cordialidad y gentileza de la recepcionista (¿silvia? No le preguntamos pero creemos por los correos que nos envió para indicarnos dónde dejar el automóvil) Habitación cuádruple amplia y con cuatro auténticas camas. Nevera en la habitación, microondas, nevera, vajilla, dulces, cafés, té, etc. a tu disposición 24 horas, supermarket a 2 calles. A 5 minutos del vaticano y 15 paseando del centro. Autobuses normales y turísticos próximos, ¿se puede pedir más? Si, ¡volver!

Todas las facilidades que te dan para realizar la manutención en la propia habitación se vuelven un poco incómodas al comprobar que sólo hay 1 silla. Pero siempre hay una cama o maleta en la que sentarse ;)
