Location Facilitiy Staff
Room was very clean and spacious. Neatly folded clean towels on the bed when you enter the room. WiFi worked well. You can have coffee or tea anytime as the kitchen is open and near the rooms. Building is very near the bus stop of Sitbus shuttle (bus to/from Fiumucino airport). Staff spoke good English so it was easy to communicate.
No staff available 24/7 at the reception (although a mobile number is given in case of emergencies/concerns).
Everything. Room was really cute; in traditional italian style decor, big window and high ceilings. Air Con was fab. Bed really comfy. Spacious bathroom. Great help yourself continental breakfast selection and hot drinks machine. Wifi was super fast. Maids service left the room smelling lovely each day. Location is fantastic. BEST PART: The owner. Couldn't be more delightful or helpful and really made me feel comfortable.
Nothing at all. I would love to stay here in future.
Very close to airport bus shuttle Near Vatican and also close to Piazza Navona and Popolo
the host was wonderfull. she helped and welcomed us warmly and gave good advice about rome. the room was nice quiet and clean. not hugh room but fine. the building was nice and had an elevator to the hotel. highly recomended!!!
the shower was a little bit tiny and thats all
Central location within easy walking distance to everywhere. Friendly staff; clean and comfortable room. Definitely stay again.
Nice, if small, room.
No staff. I emailed to say I needed to leave my bag at around 8am. No reply. I went - no-one. The gardien of the building very kindly took it, and promised to take it upstairs to the hotel at 6pm if I wasn't back by then (which he did). Email from someone around 10 am to say : I'm here. I emailed back. Bit late now ! Finally arrived around 7pm. Man there, very nice, to look at passport etc. But he couldn't make the Sky TV work. He said he didn't know anything about that. He gave me a card for the decoder which didn't work. For once, I felt like a night in watching the snooker final, or perhaps Liverpool v Crystal Palace. I never even knew if I needed to pay to have Sky. I was prepared to do it, but he couldn't tell me. Pretty useless really. Running a hotel properly requires a staff presence, not just a nice man who doesn't actually know anything and in the morning - nothing.
Excellent location, room was very quiet, with windows to inner yard. For those who prefer big continental breakfast, there is lot of pleasant restaurants nearby, we were satisfied with provided coffee-croissant-yoghurt version and coffee was very good indeed. Room was spacious enough and clean, staff friendly and if we would plan another trip to Rome, we would not search for any other place to stay. And bus stop to Fiumicino could not get any closer - it was exactly on the corner of the same house. We considered ourselves lucky that we found such a nice place to stay!
Value for money. Close to vatican and historical locations in this part of the city. Bus stop Fiumicino airport shuttle around the corner.
Quality of products offered for self service breakfast can be better
Best to reach by train Close to Vatican Walking distance for attractions
Not easy to find parking or it becomes expensive
