Piccolo Hotel  

Good value for money accomodation. We chose it because of its closeness to the airport and that was soo convenient - easy car parking close to the building. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice too. Staff were nice and helpful.

Only drawback was internet connection difficult to be set up from the rooms but perfect from main hall.

Excellent location: in Sant'Eufemia, only 5' by bus from the airport and less than 5' on foot to Lamezia Central Station, from where you can explore the whole of Calabria, starting with Sambiase (10' by bus) and Nicastro (15' by bus). Some of the bathrooms at the Piccolo Hotel - like mine - are brand new. Breakfast is ok if you tell them what you like. Try nextdoor's Mary's Pub for dinner: not expensive, very good Calabrese food and lots of locals.

Can be noisy at times, due to lack of insulation (glazing and doors in particular). But that also depends on the guests...

The hotel is more hostel style.The furniture and equipment is old fashioned but on the other hand the room was very clean. We choose this hotel due to late flight arrival to Lamezia Terma and his close position to the train station. There is nothing to do around this place. The breakfast was simple (capuccino, croissant, jam, juice).

It is a good possibility for a short stop over but not really worth the money which you pay.

We wanted a cheap bedroom for one night near the airport for 4 of us. This did the job. Decent size room with 4 beds and a cot (which we didn't use). Had air-con, shower, loo etc. Breakfast included in the price - very nice coffee. Basic but ok for a one night stop en-route.

Decor was rather dated which gave the appearance of being a bit grubby/dirty (although I don't think it was dirty). Room at the front was a litte noisy with overnight trains and general street noise....

Location is very good, close to the airport and to the central train station. Personnel is nice and helpful, speaking english. Breakfast is tasty.

La oulizia dell'ambiente, la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la gentilezza del personale, la convenienza economica

Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: infissi dell'anteguerra, rotti e difettosi. Piastrelle crepate e muri sporchi. Zanzare tutta la notte... Nemmeno I soldi per una piastrina! Bagno profumato di fogna. Rumori in piena notte a causa di non so quale persiana sbattesse al vento... Tutto questo alla modica cifra di 55 Euro (primi di dicembre). Ho pagato lo stesso in pieno agosto in posti molto più belli e turistici! Scarsa disponobilità alla reception: al chek out non mi fanno usare la carta di credito accampando la scusa che per loro è meglio di no.(!!!) Costretta a pagare in contanti, vado via molto innervosita. Quando richiamo dopo due ore per chiedere la ricevuta (mi accorgo di non averla avuta) la signora risponde seccata del perchè non l'ho chiesta. Sono loro tenuti a rilasciarla e a ricordarsene!

Hotel nul , et mal entretenue.manque de proprete.mal situe.et aussi cher que les autres .le prix de la chambre ne devrait pas exceder les 25€.

A retirer d'urgence du catalogue. Hotel nul , sale , mal situe.a ne pas recommander.

Gillade verkligen inte att jag fick en parasit på armen efter att ha sovit I hotellets säng! Det var mycket smutsigt, och hoppas verkligen ni tar bort detta hotell från er lista!!

Jag vill anmäla detta hotell!!! Skitigt, äckligt, med parasiter I sängarna, antagligen efter hundar legat I sängarna! Jag fick en parasit på armen! Hoppas ni inte använder er mer av detta hotell, tänk om jag hade haft barn med mej!!

La situació

Habitació situada al costat d'un carrer molt mal pavimentat que cada vegada que passava un camió et despertava,bany amb dutxa sense plat momes es per passar una nit

L'accoglienza e la simpatia dell'organizzazione familiare, così come la pulizia della camera e dei servizi igienici. La posizione, ottima: a due passi dalla stazione che è collegata col vicino aeroporto di Lamezia Terme (10 minuti di auto o navetta). Ottimo come sosta per transito verso altre località via treno o aereo.

La zona, pur centralissima, a parte la stazione centrale è desolata.
