Rates. Friendly receptionist. Very noisy during the night, highway and railroad very close. Hard to find the hotel without the GPS. Far away from restaurants, shops etc.Basic room. |

Flexible arrangement for late arrival. Very welcoming - all staff very pleasant and helpful; including linguistically! Helpful arrangements for mobility/disability (though no wheelchair access to any rooms - we were OK). Very clean and spacious. Evening menu limited (early season) but good quality. Nice and peaceful - a good base for trips out, but equally nice to just stay and relax. Not truly a 'hotel' problem, but....... Our sat-nav (Navteq) took us off the main SS18 and into the old village, then round to the back entrance to the hotel. A published map that shows its position directly off the SS18 would be useful to others. (The sat-nav lists the front and back drives as though they are actual roads). |

Very friendly staff, who will actually cook eggs for breakfast! The position of the hotel is also perfect, as it's so close to the main road that it's impossible to miss. There was slight traffic noise at night, but it didn't bother us that much, as it wasn't very loud. Our room came with a lovely terrace, which gives excellent views of the sea. We were promised English news channels through Sky, but only the BBC channel was working. It wasn't too much of a problem though. |

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good food both evening and breakfast - even offered to cook eggs which is rare in Italy. Not somwhere to spend a week but great for a stop over. Gave us free gift on leaving! Main road directly below balcony, but not noisy once windows closed. Away from sea so we didnl;t even try to walk there. |

The staff were the most courteous we experienced in our 3 weeks in Italy. They were responsive, polite and couldn't do enough for us - highly recommended! We received a nice little gift when departing and a warm invitation to come back. Wonderful hotel for a short stay! We requested a non-smoking room however it was evident that a smoker had used the room previous to us. We identified our concern and the room was scent sprayed to disguise the smell however the bedding and pillows still smelled strongly of smoke making it difficult to sleep. |
