Piccolo Hotel Puccini  

The front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. Our room the first night was very noisy because of Saturday night celebrations. We were able to move to a back room the next night and it was much better. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The rolls and coffee was very good. Thank you Puccini.

We'd never been to Lucca before and the hotel and the town exceeded our expectations. The town is unique in its layout, historic interest, relaxed atmosphere, and a lovely mix of all ages. As older visitors we felt welcomed and at ease with everyone we met and particularly by the hotel staff - couldn't be nicer. Will definitely be returning soon! John and Fiona Durkin

The hotel is basic but the room we had was adequately furnished. The location is very good, being very near to the centre of Lucca. The staff were incredibly helpful to us and this alone merits a good write up.

The location was excellent and and easy to find. The staff was friendly, making the stay pleasant.

The room was a little dark, and the carpeted floors needed to be vacuumed not sweep. Neither the TV nor the safe were operational. It's and older hotel that has not been renovated in a long time.

Small, affordable, personal and conveniently situated

Very poor breakfast , just a chocolate (ugh!) pre-packaged croissant heated in the microwave oven. You MUST improve on this or provide it free-of-charge.

The location is excellent - right in the heart of Lucca, near all the major sights and shopping thoroughfares - but on a quiet side street away from the noise of the main drags. Aside from the comfortable, clean rooms, the hotel staff was kind, generous, and extremely accomodating. The hotel has everything the traveller needs to enjoy lovely Lucca - one of the highlights of my recent trip to Tuscany - and it's an excellent value for the money.

Es céntrico y el recepcionista muy amable. Recomendar o no éste hotel es delicado. Tiene a favor su ubicación: excelente.

Necesita michísimo mantenimiento. Necesita, sobre todo, un ascensor, renovar el mobiliario y la lencería. Poner jabón y gel en frasquitos en lugar de dispensadores. Estamos en el S. xxi, y parece un hotel de las novelas de ágata Christi (sin el servicio de entonces y con habitaciones pequeñas).

O Hotel eh muito bem localizado, e fomos muito bem recebidos...O Quarto era muito simpatico e limpo.

Fantastische locatie, prettig, hulpvaardig personeel en een prima kamer met alles wat er nodig is. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanbevelen bij vrienden

Localisation de l'hotel, qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville.

Chambre à rénover (hors salle de bain), le style est très vieux + de 20 ans. Le système de huisserie des fenêtres est à changer on a vraiment l'impresion de dormir dans la rue. Encore heureux qu'il n'y a pas de passage de voiture.

Excellent accueil, bons conseils pour découvrir la ville. Bon conseil de restaurant. Hôtel remarquablement situé.
