The location was good and not too pricey compared to other hotels or apartments in that area. Pretty close to academia, duomo and walking distance to the uffizi gallery, ponte vecchio and other amazing sights. Lots of places to eat around. Our room itself was not that fantastic, pictures are not what they seem, so be careful. But overall not too bad.

It was so silly of them not to let us know the drying machine was out of order. It was simply unplugged. After washing our clothes we found out the dryer was not working and had to spread clothes all over our room to dry out. That was downright stupid.

This hotel was just a block and a half away from the Accademia Gallery which holds the statue of David. A couple of blocks in the other direction is the Duomo. As far as location goes, we were very happy.

The hotel is next to impossible to reach via car. While there is a parking garage across the street, with restricted traffic and one ways, we were never able to reach the hotel. We ended up parking several blocks away and dragging our luggage through the market area... not optimal.

The location was very central, we were able to walk every where. Very spacious Studio Suite.

The couch was very uncomfortable as the cushions would slide off when sitting on them, they were part of a pull out bed so perhaps it was over used. Lynne and Dave Canada

Windows open to the yard, quiet which is good but block drainage like smell from the yard constantly comes into room. If you close the window there is no fresh air. The 3 in 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room is very squeezed for 3 people.

The space was huge! My boyfriend and I were traveling with his mother. We all had our own space and at fair price for Florence!

The check in was not clear that I had to arrive at a certain time to get service.

A young man, whom I believe was the son of the female owner, was the person cleaning and he did a stellar job. Plus he was terribly nice. The location is terrific. There is AC, although due to smoke smell in the fan, I turned it off. But it works well. The room was large, but....

The room I had looked nothing like the one pictured. The owner requested the payment upon arrival, a bit odd. I sent an early email requesting a room with absolutely no smell of smoke, being allergic. Yes, my room smelled of smoke and was very dark, with a view of a flat rooftop. Luckily I aired it out enough and had antihistamine spray to help. But, I sent an email, well ahead of time.....also I was supplied with an espresso pot, as requested (and, well, it's Italy...should be supplied) but it had an old seal, so sputtered everywhere. I'm Italian, so a real pot is required. However, even a non Italian may want coffee, no? I saw only a water heater in the kitchen. Again, odd.

very close to the historic centre of Firenze. Spacious room and the kids enjoyed sleeping at the small attic. Parking Garage right in front of the hotel.

limited tv channel options (but who needs tv in Firenze? only the kids wanted to see something when we were in). slightly noisy but it was expected as it is located in the historic centre

Very practical location. Room equipped with adequate furniture and utensils. Comfortable stay.

No staff on site; have to make an appointment for check-in. Old building; room had a funny smell. "Garage" is actually a drop-off point; have to advise 1 hour in advance, if you need the car.

Our hosts were very nice and friendly. The apartment hotel was neat and cosy, with all the equipment needed. The air condition and the Wi-Fi worked also extremely well. Very short walk everywhere.

    - Staff was warm, helpful and efficient - Location cannot be beat; minutes away from all major locations and best restaurants - Nice bathroom/overall feel of the room

    - Terrible wifi on upper floor - Sound traveled through doors/windows easily - Bed is quite uncomfortable

It was very well located. Our room was roomy enough for 2 people and unusual with one bed upstairs where there was very little head space but ok for a short person. There were 2 beds and a sofa bed on the lower level but there would't have been enough room to open the sofa. We were on the courtyard side so it was quiet.

I don't like to trash a place but to leave it at least fairly clean. There were no supplies to clean up after ourselves. Since there was a little kitchen area with dishes, pans, stovetop and microwave you would expect at least a sponge and some washing liquid but there was nothing like that and we weren't about to supply it ourselves so Unfortunately we had to use a nice white bathroom towel to clean up a coffee spill. There is no personel on site except in the afternoon when we were never there. We didn't realize that you have to be there to check in before 6pm. Thank God we got there at 4min to 6 or we would have been locked out on the street. They had tried several times to call me but my phone service doesn't work outside France. I had to put that I am an individual voyager in order to send this because there is no choice for 2 people travelling together who are not a couple! Very stupid!

Staff is incredibly friendly when they're around. You basically just get a big room and are free to go in and out as you like.
