Located right in the centre of Pompei within 500m of two railway stations and the amphitheatre entrance to the excavations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, when we discovered a crack in the toilet seat it was replaced the next time we left the room. Breakfast was basic but good value. There was not much sound insulation between the room and the corridor, this could be a problem for light sleepers.

The staff where excellent, vey nice and friendly and helping us in everything we need. The location is very good and it as parking lot for your vehicle wich is nice for visiting the ruines and not beying worried with it. The stores besides are very friendly. The room uses central heating and it's confortable enough. The beakfeast is good and for a fair price. The room was near the reception so it was a little noisy. You can ear the talks from your neighbours. The hotel is near a road so during the morning get ready for getting up early because of the car noise. The configuration of the room was somehow strange because the bathroom door opened in room direction and in front of the room door. The heating seems not to work inside the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay, this Hotel is very simple, more of a city B and B. However it is within walking distance of the church and the ruins of Pompei, so no parking problems or getting lost. The Hotel is just off the square in Pompei, but you need a GPS to find it from the Highway. We felt the hotel was good value for the money.

Excellent location within 5-10 walk of Pompeii ruins. Excellent fruit market nearby. Friendly staff. Free parking on the street. Free wireless internet access. Room was somewhat cramped for four people. Noisy toilet in bathroom. Thin bath towels. We had trouble connecting several of our devices to their wifi.

The good thing abt this hotel is...its kindo clean and I guess its worth its value for money cuz it includes breakfast..:) The breakfast is kinda good...passable at least. First off, they shouldn't ask/demand that we check out before our authourized check out time by 3 hours. This is really unacceptable as because, the customer check in time is 2 o clock..They shouldnt chase away the current customers and give the room to other customers.

We came to visit Pompei, and found that the location of the hotel was a short stroll to one of the site entrances, an ideal entry point for anyone going with small children. The hotel staff were very helpful with explaining how to get to the ruins, what to see, and other trip planning advice. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and very clean. The reserved parking spot was very close to the hotel.

Stay was awsome, great, great location. Close to piazza and train station and ruins. Only thing I would comment on is the towel in bath was only one, never changed in the three days that we stayed there. I was with my 10 year old daughter. We both needed to use the same towel for three days and the toilet seat was annoying. It was not attached to the toilet (I read another comment with the same remark)... Never thought anything of it until I experienced it... We kept falling off the toilet ! !.. but overall, great hotel, great price, great location ! ! highly recommended ! !

The hotel was excellent! It was in the perfect location to explore the ruins of Pompei and the staff was extremely helpful. It was easy to get to from the train station. We were able to walk to the back side of the ruins and avoid the crowds at the main entrance. The room was clean, safe and the breakfast offered was good. I would stay there again on my next trip to Pompei.

The staff were the best thing about my stay. They went out of their way to help me with anything that I needed. They were friendly and created an atmosphere where I felt important and worthwhile as a guest. One staff member even kept me company one evening when I couldn't sleep. Thank you.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They even helped to set up our tours for the day, and gave us information and tips on the sites we were planning to visit. The breakfast had a wide range of choice and the spatious rooms had large balconies and were very clean. This was the last place we had stayed after a trip through France and the rest of Italy and it was our favourite place of all.

There was a real "family" feel to the hotel which was located in a very pleasant area of Pompei. An initial problem with plumbing ( caused by previous thoughtless customers) was dealt with extremely promptly.

The breakfast is the best thing I will recommend. The hostel is located on the 6 floor. You can have a good view of Pompei. During the low season, I can have a free parking lot.
