We enjoyed the staff and the resturants near by. If your going to see the ruins than this hotel is great, its within walking distance and is comfortable and affordable. Also the breakfast was good, just a light italian breakfast but fresh expresso and helpful staff make it very nice. Expect to be talking some italian to the staff, while some of the younger staff members speak some english, the owner does not speak a word of english and some of the older staff members only know a small bit of english. |

The staff was amazing!! When we first got there they told us about a restaurant down the street to eat at(that was really good also) and when we returned one of the staff members who only spoke italian(I don't speak any) gave us lemon-cello and cake. It was very very sweet. It wasn't a bad location either as Pompei is pretty small. But customer service was awesome! Everything was perfect, I have no complaints. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the location was a 5 minute walk from the ruins of Pompei. The little town was very quaint and hospitable. |

The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. They tried to help us park our car (on a very busy road!!) and explained about place to visit in Pompeii. The room decoration is very nice and also very clean. This hotel is in the heart of the city center, so, very convenient.. The building of the hotel which is a share apartment but when you step into your room, it's different!! You will feel like it's a nice hotel..not an apartment. The breakfast is normal but ok.. |

Good central location There was a mistake over our room. We ordered 2 double rooms (there were 4 of us). However they only had one room with a double bed and a bunk bed. We had to make do with this. |

Visited Pompeii and Vesuvius Staff did not know about public transport (buses) to Vesuvius and gave me the wrong place to catch the bus. |

Convenience for access to transportation and Pompei ruins. The owners choice of recommended Restaurant and sightseeing trips, The restaurant was very poor quality and poor service, On the he sightseeing trip the communication system broke down and then the bus had a problem with a rock jammed in the road wheels. The buffet Breakfast was minimal compared to our previous experience at a Hotel in Frascati. |

the staff were very friendly and were eager to help us with maps and information on the area, the location is brilliant, only a short 30 second walk to the centre of town. room was changed half way through the stay with no warning, all our personal items were moved from one room to another while we were out and we had no warning. However staff seemed very careful to put all personal effects where they were exactly in the last room. The entrance to the hotel is not very welcoming. The breakfast was sparse. |

Easy access to the Metro & bus to get into Rome. The hotel staff we encountered were very helpful. The hotel had parking at no additional charge and that was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. No. I think Americans need to realize that hotels in Europe are different from the US and with that knowledge we found the hotel very acceptable - just wish the exchange rate was better! US$ to Euros |

Very nice staff. Hotel room was clean and easy walk (5 min) to the ruins. Parking out front was full and was a bit hard to find a place to park for the hotel. (Only 4 dedicated spots reserved for the hotel). A bit hard to find, but I think that may be more to due with the signage or lack there of in Pompeii. Helpful to print out a map for yourself before you go. |
