the room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was a one big mistake, sticky from dirt, we've had to avoid touching anything.
location and first impression at the desk
Helpfulness of staff
Old run down room. Noisy on street with people yelling all night long. Room is old, no air conditioner, only hot air system, but had to keep window locked to keep out the noise. WiFi did not work in room, only worked if you stood in the doorway or went down to the lobby. Not really walking distance from train station, took taxi.
Close to major piazza and shops
Bathroom needs major overhaul, rooms need painting, many of the rooms small and dark. Would not recommend to friends.
Location was convenient. Not much else to like.
Cannot park infront of the hotel for free. The bathroom was old and dirty. The beds were very uncomfy and generally the facilities are a bit old.
Nice location and friendly staff. A nice bar next to the hotel.
The bathroom was quite small and with low ceiling, the beds relative old and the rooms not at all as spacious as they appear on the photos.
If you are searching for something central and you don't have hight expectations it might suit you well
The mattresses were a bit hollowed out, and the shower was directly over the toilet, but it is understandable due to the conversion of an old monastery to a hotel.
Good location, excellent and very helpful staff, good value for money.
I had my own bath, however shower had only courtain what made all bath to get wet. Bit noisy with bus stopping just in front. Rooms also not well noise insulated. Besides that was a good option for the intended use.shower and sleep.
Location, good price. Nice continental breakfast included
Good manager but very unprofessional staff.the room given didn't match with the pictures provided at the internet. Needs a lot of reconstruction inside the rooms. Dirty. Can not make a a shower because the cable of the bath was broken...
At least they made a small discount at the price
the lady at the front desk was a little rude. Other than that is was a reasonable place to stay.
the location is good. Although if you have a car you wont be able to park at the hotel, you will need to park about 500m away.
noise on the streat
The power points were an issue and the fridge didn't seem to work.
Staff were very accommodating to my early check out and even provided a platter of breakfast the night before. Location was great to escape the Palio di Siena rush after it finished but close enough to walk.
Ugliest, dirtiest room I have ever rented in my life! Even if the room was quite cheap, it has to be clean. The bathroom/shower hasn't been cleaned for years and was full of vermins! The Walls were wet and you could see the mildew even if you were nearly blind. After 7:30 pm the Reception was closed you could only enter with the Door Code, which we lost - so we had to wait outside in the cold and hope that another guest stops by! It took 1 hour of waiting and praying! Never ever again!
Location in the old town. Reception was polite!
Bathroom had smell and mold growing. Room on main road and next to pub which had a soccer game on and many young people. Noisy, since no ac had windows open. Fortunately, it quieted down by midnight.
Location to main square walking distance.
The bed felt as if it wanted to fall apart. The air conditioning blew only hot air, the wifi was poor to the point where it was almost impossible to access from the room. The bathroom had many issues such as , the toilet needed roughly 30 minutes for the tank to refill, a mysterious pool of liquid appeared by the bathroom door and the overall cleanliness was low. For the facility it seemed over priced.
Staff at check in was very nice. The location made for a fair after dinner walk. They did provide clean towels.
Room very small, not clean. Traffic noise bad. Bathroom dirty, toliet seat broke unable to sit on it, no hot water. Booked for Two night asked to be moved after first night
No kettle to boil hot water and they don't change towels for us.
Spacious and location
the en-suite bathroom was far too small and difficult to shower. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Ok for one night but if i had to stay longer that wouldn't work for me.
the location was very good both close to the station as well as to the city centre. Nice view from the little balcony.
rooms were dirty and moldy. we had spiders and bugs.
Dirt...cold room...mildew...rude staff...human hair in the bath tub..."surprise" in the toilet...we left after we: 1st asked for a new room,2nd we asked for price reduction,3rd we asked them to clean the room. The receptionist rejected everything we asked. Couldn't talk to manager, there was no Guest book...the day after, the receptionist reported, we didn't show up...
Bathroom a bit too small, no shower cabin.
Very conveniently located, very good price, nice staff
Non smoking room smelled like smoke.
Very comfortable and clean; great breakfast
