Staff is very helpfull and friendly, especially at the reception and bar. Rooms are rather small, carpets in the corridors are dirty and smell. Good value for money, but it is not a 5 * hotel level |

More likely a 3 to 4 star hotel, this hotel provided all basic facilities you would expect, although the constant feeling of an down-scaled hotel. breakfast was rather more suitable to a 2-3 star hotel. |

the setting, the hotel is situated in a really nice neighborhood of milan, a 10 min walk to the Dome and close to metro. There are very nice shops around (for special taste) and nice places to eat (plaza lorenzo). It also has a nice art deco look, only a bit old. I think the hotel is very nice, but a bit old and dusty. Also the price was very high (during Milano feria) compared to what you get, not that it was not good, but I expected more of a Five star hotel |

the place is calm. the staff was fairly helpful. The hotel is not up to a 5-star standard by any measure - tiny room and bathroom, poor quality food and choice for breakfast... the place badly needs renovation. the location is not really central. |

The service and the kindness of the receptionist (in the morning) was a lot more than what i could have expected!!! the breakfast..it could be a lot better, bread and brioches were not fresh enough and eggs and other dishes should be included and not payed as extras... |

Location was ok This is not 5 star worthy! Rooms are extremely old, badly furnished, no swimming pool or other facilities, no paytv, staff not friendly, ... . It would be ok as a Three star hotel, but from a five star you would expect way better service! |
