Location is very central and in relative quiet area Hotel is a bit run down could benefit from a face lift. Breakfast also could benefit from an upgrade in quality and variety. I must add that I live in Asia, although i'm european, and I must say that most hotel in Europe, when compared to hotels in Asia, should be stripped of at least one star!

The original room smelled of smoke and they upgraded us to another room without question. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It is not a 5-star hotel and that was not my expectation. Coffee was excellent and breakfast good. It was well located for all our activities. Only a mini-packet of tissues in the bathroom and no face flannels. So not anything to dislike really.

Nothing actually , maybe location is good. It was awful Hotel. It can be ranked as a 3 star hotel but not 5 Start Hotel. I think they should re consider its level. Rooms are tiny , you can not go in the shower box easily, breakfast is very poor, facilities are very poor. I recommend to make it hostel not hotel BAD experience for me

Comfortable hotel less than 10 minutes walk from the Metro which was about 2 stops from the town centre. In a safe area with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and best quality bed linen which was changed every day. All the staff were very pleasant and most helpful. Called itself a 5 star hotel but it was not up to international 5 star standards but then they were not charging international 5 star prices. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been while dinner was excellent.

location was ok and the staff was friendly. Also rooms were clean. Hotel Pierre Milano was far from 5 star hotel. It was shabby and needed renovation. Standard of the hotel wasn´t eqvivalent with the price nor the introduction in Internet pages.

La postazione logistica era comforme alle mie esigenze Poco personale . La mattina della partenza per la colazione abbiamo aspettato oltre 20 minuti prima di trovare una sistemazione ai tavoli.C'era solo un cameriere che non poteva coprire tutti i servizi. In più erano terminate le brioches ed altro.Incredibile per un albergo che dovrebbe essere a 5 stelle! Ho dovuto chiedere una camera più accogliente all'arrivo poichè non la ritenevo consona al prezzo che avrei dovuto pagare.Mi è stata cambiata con un'altra di livello superiore, mantenendo lo stesso prezzo.

Trovo incredibile che un albergo così costoso sia indecente negli arredi, vecchi e usurati, moquette alle pareti, letto e bagno inadeguato, personale scarso e buffet colazione da pensione di terzo livello.
