Hotel Pierre Milano  

room was great, as that price. and place is very convinience for me. I like around Sant Ambrogio. and love cafe Cucchi. Breakfast was nice, many fruits, egg, good capcchino, love Nutella. and for me, its good bathtub.(Japanese people loves bathtime. Europe is too dry air for us.)

Hotel man, only one person after evening. in my room, air condition was broken, and some control panel had broken. I ask to front by telephone, but he said "I can't move from here. I'll visit there tomorrow morning" but my check out at morning. but anyway he did nothing then. I woke up twice in the night by cold air. oh, 5-star? its funny.

The original room smelled of smoke and they upgraded us to another room without question. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It is not a 5-star hotel and that was not my expectation. Coffee was excellent and breakfast good. It was well located for all our activities.

Only a mini-packet of tissues in the bathroom and no face flannels. So not anything to dislike really.

It was the worst 5 star hotel I ever visited. There was no manager present. Faar too expensive.

Friendly and helpfull staff!!

La location e' ottima, a un passo dal centro. E' la seconda volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Lo staff e' cortese ed efficiente, le camere sono comode, spaziose.

Decoration retro, prix

Trovo incredibile che un albergo così costoso sia indecente negli arredi, vecchi e usurati, moquette alle pareti, letto e bagno inadeguato, personale scarso e buffet colazione da pensione di terzo livello.

Personale gentile

Non corrisponde ad un 5 stelle. Ristorante chiuso alle 22.30-23.00 . alla medesima ora nessun personale disponibile per dividere il letto matrimoniale in due singoli.

Отель конечно не 5 звезд, а средняя четверка.Но в целом все прилично. Отель не большой, душевный. Чистота,улыбчивый и услужливый персонал.Почти все говорят по-английски и даже немного по-русски). Мы жили на третьем этаже.Окна-во двор, поэтому тишина в номере была полнейшая,когда как улица, на которой расположен отель, конечно все же шумная. Интернет есть везде, скорость маловата, но это если придираться. По Скайпу общались нормально. Полотенца меняли каждый день, а вот халаты и тапочки- ни разу.Завтраки довольно однообразны. И не особо богат выбор. Соотечественников в отеле почти не было.В основном постояльцы-европейцы. До Дуомо-минут 15 пешком. Мы остались довольны проживанием.

Lo que mas me gustó fue que terminara mi estancia en ese hotel.

Es un hotel viejo en todos sentidos Alfombras viejas y sucias tapices en las paredes que tienen por lo menos 40 años. Los elevadoes estan a punto de descomponerse, se escucha de una habitacion a otra. Por supuesto que el valor de lo recibido contra lo pagado no corresponde; se anuncia como de 5 estrellas y con trabajos tendría 3. No sirve el internet inalambrico ni centro de negocios, tienen una pc en recepcion que esta descompuesta. Trate de abandonar el hotel antes del termino comprometido y dijeron que solo que les pagase el 50% de penalizacion. Un mugrero de hotel. Cuando llegue a registrarme querian quedarse con mis pasaportes para el proceso de registro en lugar de obtener los datos necesarios, situacion anormal.
