Comfortable, cheap and safe in a great location with helpful, friendly staff

Location was good, in the midst of the historical center. Staff is friendly. We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed the stay.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. We booked the small room and the bed was indeed very small, so could be too small for some people. Internet only in the lobby available.

The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening. We loved the extraordinary ceilings...the sense of age...walls 2 feet thick, ceilings about 30feet high,. The stairs helped take off the weight gain from the delicious food. The location was perfect, near some of the most interesting churches and museums in Naples...the mideval atmosphere of the narrow streets was delightful.

Warm welcome, Pleasant surprise, after arriving at the entrance of the hotel concerned about the entrance, a hidden gem was behind big wooden doors. Our room was delightful ,very large with a high wooden medieval painted ceiling ,we had an enjoyable stay.

The entrance, I felt like we had arrived at a slum.

Internet wifi connection was bad. The hotel is located on a 2nd story but it is more like 4 stories of stairs. No elevator if you have a heavy bag No English Spoken but you can make do... Cash Only

the hotel is in an old building, and we had a beautiful very high ceiling with uncovered wood and paintings. it was by itself a great atmospheric experience. the staff were friendly and helpful. taxi ride to the airport is 25 min and only 16 euro - great. we stayed for one night and it was more than OK.

The hotel is situated beautifully in the middle of Naples old town, a perfect place for everyone who wants to explore the centro storico. Despite its central location the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The hotel is located in an old palazzo, the rooms are big, facilities are simple but tasteful and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cars cannot be parked immediately at the hotel though, but car parks are not too far away. No luxuries but a very pleasent place, the location in the centre of Naples old town is just brilliant. I would go there again any time!

The worst hotel I've ever seen: one of two lamps in each sconce, only two sets of towels for four guests!!! Poor lighting. No lighting on the stairs to the so named "hotel". The balcon is not safe (it's even dagerous for those who travel with children). Plaster was falling off from the ceiling. Bathroom... It's really horrid: not clean, with mold in the shower stall, the shower door are broken and are falling all the time and they do not keep water inside the shower stall. It was impossible to adjust the water pressure and temperature: either scalding hot and , or icy! Extractor hood from bathroom goes straight to the room! They have a broken POS-terminal, as there's a huge trouble to pay by any card with chip. Staff and especially the owner are quarrelsome, ugly and hostile - neither hello, nor smile! They've spoiled us all the holidays. Stay away from this "hotel".

It is within easy reach of most of the places of interest in Napoli; the owners & staff were friendly & helpful; and it was a good price.

Nothing to dislike - for us it was an ideal base.

Ci siamo sentiti ospiti e abbiamo dovuto discutere perchè, ovviamente, eravamo intenzionati a rientrare dopo la mezzanotte.

Staff antipático e pouco professional. Tv não funcionava e quartos pouco limpos. Não mudam as toalhas( só de 3 em 3 dias) - horrível experiência . Queriam que pagássemos em dinheiro pois não aceitam cartões ( penso para fugir as taxas )

部屋も広く、スタッフは大変親切です。 バス通りからvia mezzocannoneに入って右側の大学沿いに時計が立ってる場所があるのでそこで左折して、道なりに- 行くと広場があります。そこで右側の通りを見ると看板があるのでわかると思います。

わかりにくい場所にあります。 wifiがフロント横でしか使えず、部屋で使えないので不便です。 シャワーを浴びると周辺が水浸しになります。水回りがかび臭い。ドライヤーが部屋についておらず、フロント- で言えば貸してもらえます。

La posizione, in una traversa di via Spaccanapoli e vicinissimo alla pasticceria Scaturchio e al Cristo Velato

Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ed i guardiani notturni gentilissimi e cordiali.

La ubicación, la atención del personal

Eravamo un po' prevenuti a causa di alcune recensioni negative ma abbiamo comunque voluto provare l'hotel. Non bisogna fermarsi all'aspetto esteriore della struttura: internamente l'hotel è sito in uno storico appartamento d'epoca ristrutturato, soffitti alti in cassettonato ligneo sorretto da travi originali in castagno. Arredamento in stile ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza di 45mq (!) molto pulita e acusticamente isolata da ottimi infissi, con balcone e vista su un vicolo storico di Napoli. Il gestore è molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha fornito moltissime indicazioni sui luoghi di interesse e ristoranti o pasticcerie nelle quali gustare le prelibatezze tipiche. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare il "cuore di Napoli" a piedi e alloggiare in un luogo confortevole e tranquillo.

Pessimo

Molto pulito, tranquillo e riservato come hotel. Esso è un piccolo ma carinissimo albergo posizionato nel pieno del centro storico e precisamente nel cuore del quartiere universitario napoletano ricco di servizi e di locali. Collegato perfettamente a tutti I mezzi di trasporto pubblici e privati, eccelle anche per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, e per la tipica simpatia ed ospitalità dei proprietari.

L'hotel gode di una posizione privilegiata e per niente trafficata. La stanza era ben arredata e pulita come il bagno. C'era la tv il phone e biancheria. Il proprietario Molto simpatico e disponibile. Il rientro la sera é intorno le 00.15 ma non è stato un gran problema considerando che la vita notturna a Napoli non é così sentita. Da tornare!

La cama era exquisita, dormimos increíble!

El agua caliente de la ducha duraba sólo 3 minutos, lo que impedía lavarme el pelo, teniendo que hacerlo de otra manera, lo cual no debiese haber sido. Además no hacían el baño nunca, no ponían jabones todos los días, y no botaban la basura!
