Good, clean rooms. Good wellness facilities. Convenient location in a nice village. Breakfast was satisfactory but could have been better with cheese, fresh bread and fresh coffee |

Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean. Food in the evening was very good. Breakfast was very reasonable. Hotel had good lounge facility and nice atmosphere. Hotel was a little further from the cable car than stated and would not have been comfortable if you had to carry your own skis or boots. it was not clear that there was a charge for the spa facilities and this was expensive so we did not use them. |

The staff, hospitality and service. The rooms were ok, easy access to the ski lift (only 300m walk) and good restaurant. A bit close to the Mont Blanc tunnel, so continuous traffic noise (not really disturbing); the fact that as a hotel guest, you need to pay for the sauna. |

The rocation of this hotel was very very silent. The SPA of this hotel was excellent and reasonable price for hotel guest. The dinner was not excellent,however good enough and maybe above moderate. The staff of this hotel were very kind. This hotel was rocated at small village, so very silent, and convenient for only skiing at Courmayer, such the result that it is inconvenient to go shopping, change, going skiing in other ski area. Most of staff dont speak English. Some staff speak English, for us their English was enough. However, their English may cause a little stress for guest from English speaking country. |

We had a fantastic time, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is beautiful and comfortable with great facilities. The food was excellent too. |

Il silenzio Gestione un po' "all'italiana":appena arrivati ci è stato proposto caldamente e con estrema gentilezza l'uso della spa ed offerto un accappatoio non indicandone (o facendone firmare ricevute di pagamento) il costo, rispettivamente di 15 e 3,5 euro. La"sorpresa"al check out:Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che sul sito internet è indicato e che non disturbano I pochi clienti che hanno con firme su moduli. In piu' e mi è stato chiesto testuale "se gli accappatoi li avessi lasciati in stanza". Per lavoro, soggiorno in media in 10 hotel nel mondo al mese. Mai avute sorprese cosi' rozze del genere! Hotel nel terzo mondo inclusi! Ma in Val D'Aosta gli istituti alberghieri esistono? Bye bye , next time back to bormio ! |

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Alcune camere sono belle e in stile. Purtroppo la posizione non è risultata felice in quanto si trova su un incrocio stradale e non ha un retro attrezzato con giardino od altro per sostare . |

Le calme,jolies terrasses où l on peut boire un bon café ou appéritf tout en admirant la Noire de Peuterey ou le magnifique pilier d angle en granit rouge.Le personnel est sympathique.Le grand-papa,ancien guide,est très charmant. |

Il hotel é abbastanza qualitativo, i letti buoni, il SPA molto carino, il ristorante é ottimo. Il personnale del hotel é abbastanza cordiale ma non simpatici.Hotel tropo caro per il rapporto qualita/prezzo. |
