Staff were friendly and nice
It's was a shame when trying to book a tour arond the city no one would pick us up as hotel located to far out of town, ( 5km ) really, room average but was told on checkout that we booked an average room but had no other choice online, could of advised us on check in and paid alittle more for a better room.
Bathroom is small.
Good sized room. Good quality furnishings. Good breakfast.
Nothing to complain about.
All!!, we booked two rooms and we learned till check out that they have 3 different categories (or so they said) I paid for their second level but we were given their 3rd level rooms which are old, and depressing, with old curtains that seem to be from the past century. Breakfast was supposed to be included but really it was only bread and coffee, stay away from this place!!
Breakfasts offered were woeful Tables not cleared until guests had left room
close to the bus
the breakfast fixed shower and very small shower cabine
The breakfast and the helpfull staff
Way out of city the rooms were comfortable but needed quiet a lot of maintenance curtains falling down top of electric point came off in my hands door locks VERY hard to open shower nozzle needs replacing
Staff were friendly and good choice at breakfast.
Staff were amazing and very helpful
The aircon didn't work
The cupola of St.Pietro was visible from the window
the rooms are quite old
Nice and helpfull staff but that's all!
The hotel claims it is four-star hotel, but I guess it WAS in '70! Definately not a four-star comfort! Fittings old and used, no order, everything looks as it was bought in '70... Door are not soundproof so if anybody talks at the corridor you can hear every word... I would not recommend this hotel...
Good service, rich breakfast, clear rooms
No free wi-fi!!!
Be careful when you book this hotel that you will pay extra for everything. Parking is 5 Euros per day, Internet 9 Euros per day, etc. When you count all the extra expenses you can stay in much better hotel for the same price. Dinner was very poor. We ordered pasta with meat but there was no meat. The lady next table ordered melon with ham and she only get a ham. She asked where is the melon? And they said, there is no melon. But on the menu list there was said they serve it with melon. So we were not the only one unsatisfied with the service they offer. Hotel is 30 minutes and more from city centre depending on traffic. Overall we did not like the hotel at all. It was very old and for the price we paid we did not get any value.
Everything! Good sized rooms, great breakfast choice, 15 minutes from city, staff very friendly and helpful.
Friendly, helpful staff speaking good English. Restaurant food and prices. Room prices. Large comfortable room.
Paying €30 for 2 largte whiskies!
Location is good, breakfast was great, parking is available.
The hotel is nothing what you would expect, in my opinion it is rather 2 stars than 4. The receptionists do not speak English, the bathroom was not cleaned (hair in the bathtub), the walls are thin, there are no facilities whatsoever (in a "4star" hotel you are asked to pay for wifi + fitness facilities!!). The breakfast is so-so, that is the least negative part. Be careful upon ordering the 50 euros airport transfer, they screwed us over big time, we nearly missed our flight, instead of a licencesed taxi we got two questonably looking old dudes, who were 25 minutes late and definitely not taxi drivers.
Clean quiet good staff nice breakfast 6km from the city center but it s worthy to rent a car.. View to Vatican.,
Charge for wifi..
breakfast, fast internet
paid internet, quite far, balcony is like an unused space which we never use
It is a nice and quiet hotel that provides basic comfort. Not really a 4 star hotel, but a decent 3 star you can certainly call it. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
It is very difficult to get a taxi and the taxis when called will have about 8 euros on the meter, even before they start driving. It often took 15 - 25 min. To get one taxi and there is not other means of public transport. Restaurants and shops are not close by. Furthermore, the Hotel is relatively far from the City and a taxi to Roma Termini Train Station takes about 20 euro and Fiumicino Airport is about 50 Euro.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, however we were provided with some conflicting advice.
The location! Far from city centre and transport. There was a bus from hotel but only once a day. No facilities apart from restaurant so out in suburbs with very little to do.
Food's good, and it's clean. It calls itself 4 star, but it'd struggle to be a one star anywhere except Italy.
No wi-fi, no coffee/tea or jug, no iron, no case stand, one chair, 1 power point, hard bed of two singles pushed together, no pool, tiny shower, leaky toilet, sink and shower, no bath, very thin walls, staff cranky
no free wifi or business center for checking emails
